“Yes. We’re trying to find her right now. I just checked on Dila.” I responded to Callista’s question.
The first thing I did after learning that Lizzy was missing was to call Callista and check on Dila, worried that something might happen to her.
“Don’t worry, she’s safe here with me, and I won’t leave her side.” She assured.
My heart finally felt at ease after her confirmation that they were safe inside. I know that Callista wouldn’t let anything happen to my daughter, but I just had to check.
“Gideon called me earlier, too. He said he could handle finding her. Is Luigi still with you?” Callista calmly asked, the opposite of what I feel right now.
