The Triplet Alphas and Their Gifted Luna

I woke to my alarm clock blaring loudly. I groaned aloud, not ready to get up, but I knew I had to make breakfast and get laundry started before heading off to school. I couldn't wait until I turned eighteen on Friday when I could officially ask Alpha to transfer to our allied pack. Not that I didn't love Alpha Dom and Luna Hattie because I did, but I couldn't take the bulling and teasing anymore from the beloved triplets and their girlfriends. Hayden, Kayden, and Jayden, along with Brittany, Hillary, Rebecca, and Brittany's sister Shelby had made it their life mission to torment me. Though the boys only teased me, the girls went beyond words when the triplets weren't around. I got up from my bed and went into the ajoined bathroom to shower. I brushed out my long red hair and started getting dressed for the day. I pulled on my favorite black t-shirt, black jeans, and my Chuck Taylor's. I put on my mom's old leather jacket, one of the few things I had left of her. Both my parents were killed in battle against a rival pack. My parents were warriors. Being the daughter of two warriors, I was also trained to fight, but only my best friend Lindsey knew I could read people's minds except; however I could not read Alpha Doms and the triplets minds. I had been able to do so since I shifted at 16 and met my wolf counterpart Selena. Not all wolves had special abilities outside of speed strength and the ability to heal fast, but I was an exception. Though most of the time, I blocked out the thoughts of others. I rushed downstairs to start preparing the boys' favorite foods. Pancakes for Hayden, Bacon, and eggs for Kayden and biscuits and sausage gravy for Jayden. After breakfast was prepared, I went to start the laundry In the middle of laundry, I heard a screech coming from the dining room. My heart stopped. I ran to the dining room to see what was going on. Brittany stood in the middle of the room red-faced and angry. "Where the hell is my mango smoothie?" she screamed. I rolled my eyes at her. "I don't work for you, Brittany. I work for the Alpha and his family. Make your own smoothie." I saw it coming before the slap came and was able to dodge it successfully. One on one, I could win against Brittany and her goons, but I didn't stand a chance when taking on all four of them. Jayden suddenly walked into the dining room, and his eyes lit up at the sight of his favorite food. "Baby, tell this lowlife orphan that I will be Luna one day, and she has to listen to me." Jayden c****d an eye brow in her direction. "Let's get one thing straight, Brittany. As agreed upon when we first started dating, you're a good lay. Something fun to do until I find my mate. Nothing more. Same with my brothers and the others." Brittany shot daggers at me. Jayden smiled in my direction and winked. My heart skipped a beat. What the f**k was that? I thought to myself. Brittany tossed her long blonde hair over her shoulder and stormed out of the dinning room. I grumbled under my breath. "I'm going to pay for this later." Jayden turned toward me and said, " If her and her goons do anything come tell me. Nobody better touch you." Jayden sounded dangoursly possessive all of a sudden. "Why do you care? You pick on me all the time." Jayden was in front of me in a second, making my heart act erratic. "I've teased you, but I've never laid a hand on you, Zendrea. If that upset you or hurt you, I'm sorry, but you make the cutest facial expressions." I looked at him stunned. "You can say that again," Hayden and Kayden chimed in as they walked into the dining room. The boys tossled dark hair and blue eyes, made my heart skip a beat. "Wait! So you guys pick on me because you think I'm cute?" Kayden froze in front of me. "You seriously didn't know that? Zendrea, you are easily the most beautiful girl I have ever seen." "But what about your girlfriends?" "Like I said, something fun to do, but Zendrea, you would never be just something fun to us. Had we dated you, and you turned out not to be our mate..." Jayden trailed off "We are protecting you from being hurt that way." Hayden finished for him. I blushed at the realization that the triplets actually liked me. Now that I knew this, it was actually kinda sweet. I checked the time suddenly remembering I had school. "Crap, I'm gonna be late!" I rushed to get my backpack. "Come on, Zendrea, we will take you." Jayden said in a tone that left no room for argument. Not that I would have anyway. We pulled up to Remmington Academy, and I saw the goon squad waiting. They rushed toward the triplets car but paused when they saw me exit the back seat of the car. "What the actual f**k Jayden! Why is she riding with you?"In a flash, Jayden had Brittany by the arm. "Do not question your Alpha understand?" Brittany glared in my direction but nodded her head. "If I find out any of you laid a hand on Zendrea, you will be dealt with most severely." said Kayden. "Why the f**k do you care? She's a nobody. An orphan." said Hillary. Hayden shot daggers at her. "She's still a member of our pack. As such, she's under our protection." All four girls stared daggers at me. I knew from reading their minds that they were going to jump me later. I couldn't tell the triplets because I didn't want them to know I had special abilities. This was something I was going to have to deal with on my own.
