Alexander's Pov
"What happened Alex?" Anna jolted me out of my thoughts as it was now minutes of me dropping the call with Antonio, or should I say he hung up on me as usual?
I had been thinking about what could have happened and who could be behind his safe house burning up. "I guess he does have a lot of enemies, that one," I said with a smirk as I turned to look at Anna, who I had not been paying attention to during the call.
She stood there with her hands on her waist, waiting for me to be done with the call to ask me what happened. I had seen her throughout the time I was on the call with Antonio, she looked so eager to know what it was all about.
