First Day in Orlando

“We have arrived .” My father announced. “Finally.” Cassie and I exclaimed. The ride to Orlando was on of the most hectic and chaotic trip I’ve experienced. Everyone just kept making a noise. Andrew was playing music on his Bluetooth speaker and singing loudly.Mom and Dad were chatting loudly while the twins kept on arguing. Anna also tried to frustrate Cassie and I. She kept on teasing us. I’m surprised that I haven’t gone deaf with all that noise. Damn I have a massive headache.

Everyone got out of the car in an hurry and we were shocked to see how beautiful the house is. It’s like the houses we see in the movie. It is a dream house. I won’t be surprised if an acting agency walkup to our parents and ask them if they could use the house in a movie.

The house is located in Maitland. The house is a three story building house. The house is painted grey. It has a nice garden in the filled with flowers like daisies, lilies and tulips and a couple of swings for evening or morning tea. It also has swim pol at the backyard.

“Wow!!. This house is beautiful and huge. I love it so much already.” Andrew exclaimed.

“Lol. You guys would be speechless when you see how it looks inside.When I told you guys you were going to love it.” Dad said.

“Mom open the door already. I want to go inside.” Andre said pacing up and down. She does this when she’s very excited.

“Ok ok. I’ve opened it. You can all go inside.” Mom told us.

When we got into the house we wear all amazed. The interior of the house is gorgeous. “Cathy am I dreaming?”Cassie asked. “I feel like I’m in a palace” Cassie said.

The house has a huge aquarium with lots of fishes built into the wall,It has a lovely chandelier hanging in the middle of the the living room,Nice sets of sofas.,A huge television set and A bar.

It also has a basement, and there is cellar with gym. Cellar includes a freezer, central heater. There’s also a game room and a library. Mom and Dad must have spent a fortune on it.

“You guys should go and settle down in your room. I’ll make dinner.” Mom said. Mom doesn’t usually make dinner, she leaves the cooking to Emma,Cassie and I. I’m pretty sure she wants to be the first one to use the kitchen that is why she volunteered to cook.

Dad showed us our rooms. Okay, I honestly feel that my room is going to be my favourite part of the house. It fits my aesthetic perfectly. The colour and brightness are perfect in mostly every way possible.The best part of the room is the furniture and layout.i have a walk-in closet. All the furniture in it are white in colour. The bed is right in the middle of the room, which takes up quite a bit of space, but I like it that way. There is a big black shoebox beside my bed which fits all my shoes in it. There is a mirror and white bedside table with an alarm clock, a rose red touch lamp, and a blue bluetooth speaker.

The accessories in the room are nice . It is filled with different kinds of art, photos and bedding. On the wall is a black outlined photo frame with photos of me and my family and our holiday to Australia. On my bed is a light purple duvet with a big blanket folded on the end. 2 long pillows sit on top of my bed behind a small, dark square pillow.

I put away my things, took a shower and changed into something more comfortable. I went downstairs to meet my family sitting on the dining table. I brought out a chair , sat and looked at the dishes. Wow!! Mom made all our favourite dishes. Like I said earlier it’s so rare for our mom to cook,so it’s more surprising that she cooked each of us favourite dishes. Andrew and I like spaghetti and meatballs. Andre’s favourite food is cheeseburger,Cassie’s Cobbs Salad and Anna’s chicken fried steak. Mom and Dad don’t really have a favourite food but they both love macaroni and cheese.

We dished out the food ourselves, said the grace, ate and went to our respective rooms to sleep.
