Ciao, Chiesa!
You could call it a "whirlwind romance" but it isn't your ordinary love story. Well, ~ is it though? more like- tragic.
I was joyously strolling to church around the corner of our house, dressed in a floral frock from my grandmother's closet. As I walked past them, I was greeted with pleasantries and genuine smiles from my pals. "Laine!" exclaimed a member of our congregation. "Yes?" I replied. She jokingly said, "I've got something for you." "What exactly is it?" I inquired. "Oh, not much," Kaye replied, "you've been assigned to be the presider for the Sabbath school." Oh~ not that I am surprised.
I'm sitting upfront with my grandparents to avoid being distracted by some insignificant whisperings and noises inside the church. I expected it to be a typical sabbath for me. Not with this guy walking inside the entrance~
As I glanced intently through those golden-brown eyes, I knew that beyond it lay a dream country that can only be explored once.
Love is so short and forgetting is so long. Because when you truly love someone and put your heart into what you feel, it is normal to come out scarred. ~ Pablo Necurda
Touche. I'm not particularly into transient bliss, and I have no idea what it's like to have someone, somewhat at arbitrary, enter my not-so-fast-paced life in a heartbeat.
