“I…” Sean was flabbergasted.

However, he immediately chuckled. “I definitely prefer you, Son-in-law, but there’s nothing I can do about that. I wanted to contact you, but little Montana here refused to give us your contact number. My hands were tied.”

“Is he telling the truth?” I turned to look at Montana.

“Yes.” Montana nodded slowly.

“If that’s how it was, I won’t hold it against you for now.” I looked coldly at Sean.

“I really couldn’t do anything about it, son-in-law. You must be hungry after traveling all the way here. I bought some hot food.”

With that, he laid out all the dishes he had bought on the table. “These are local delicacies. Please take a seat and have a taste. Both of us should enjoy a drink together tonight.”

Enjoy a drink?

A cold smile appeared on my face. “I’m afraid you’re not worthy.”

I turned to Montana. “Come out here with me, Montana.”

Just then, I heard the booming sound of an engine outside the walls of the house.

Sean turned pale at the sound and said fearfully, “Oh no, Mr. Reed’s son is here. I’ll let you handle what comes next, Son-in-law.”

With that, he actually escaped by jumping over the walls.

I was stunned to see him leave in such a manner.

Montana’s stepfather was really something. He was an expert at extorting his daughter, but whenever there was trouble, he would be the first to run.

Sean had just escaped when a group of thugs who looked like a biker g**g came in.

Their leader was terribly drunk and could not walk straight. I wondered how much he had had to drink.

The first thing he did when he entered the house was unzip his pants. He took out his soft d**k and peed in the garden in an uncouth manner.

Montana was frightened at his actions and hid behind me. She was embarrassed and angry as she said, “Freddie, that’s Zack Reed. He’s Mr. Reed’s only son.”

I had a really bad impression of this Zack Reed.

Zack shook himself after he was done peeing and shouted toward the garden. “Where’s Sean Carson? Get out here and pay up!”

“Stop shouting. He isn’t here. I’m in charge today,” I said to him in disgust.

“You? Who the f**k are you? Where’s Sean Carson? He owes us twelve million, and it’s due today. Either pay up today or give us something to make up for debt.”

Twelve million?

I was secretly stunned at the amount. I knew he owed a lot of money, but I did not expect it to be that much.

I knew very well that they must have set up a trap for Sean to trick him into twelve million dollars worth of debt. Otherwise, it would not possible for him to owe them that much. Zack’s real target had to be Montana.

Montana was a beautiful woman, after all, and she had to be well-known in this little northern city called Shura City.

“I think you should forget about it, Freddie. It’s too much money,” Montana was shocked to hear the total debt as well and began to back off.

“It’s nothing. It’s just a little bit of money.” I caressed Montana’s cheek gently.

Zack’s face turned grim when he saw how intimately I was acting with Montana. “Who the f**k are you, you rascal? Who are you to Montana?”

“You’ve seen for yourself. I’m Montana’s boyfriend,” I said with a chuckle.

“Boyfriend? She has a boyfriend???” Zack’s eyes widened as he looked at Montana. There was a vicious look in his eyes.

“That’s right, I have a boyfriend. You should give up now.” Montana stepped forward to say this even though she was afraid.

“Give up?” Zack roared with laughter. “You’re looking down on Zack Reed if you think I’ll give up just like that. How about I give you three choices? First, return the twelve million to me, and I’ll consider letting you off. Second, give Montana to me from today onward. Even though you’re no longer a virgin, I’m still interested in having some fun with you. If I get tired of you, you can start working as an escort. Following that, his lackeys began to roar with laughter.

“Oh my God, is this guy high on something? He wants me to kneel on my own territory.”

“He must still be sleeping and living in dreamland.”

His lackeys continued laughing so hard that they could not stand straight.

However, I did not refute them. All I did was chuckle and say, “That’s right. I can consider sparing your worthless life if you kneel in apology.”

Actually, I had not been planning on handling Zack this way.

All I wanted was to settle this once and for all, but when he mentioned making Montana become an escort, I decided not to let them off.

As for me, I chose to ignore them. I took out my phone and called Vincent.

“Uncle Quinn, have you gotten the people together?”

“They’re all prepared and waiting for your orders, Young Master.”

When the others saw me making a call and realized I was serious, they laughed even harder.

Zack held up his hand at this point to stop the chattering. “Since this rascal isn’t on Earth right now, why don’t we give him some help and wake him up?”

Everyone began mumbling about this and took out their weapons to surround me.

When I saw that they were serious, I grabbed Montana’s hand and retreated.

I shouted to the sky as I moved backward.

“Mindy, come on out right now. I’m about to get beaten up.”

I knew Mindy had to be hiding somewhere near me. I just did not know where she was.

Just as I expected, Mindy suddenly appeared on the roof like a ghost popping out the moment I shouted her name.

However, it looked like she was not planning on getting off it.

Instead, she sniggered at me. “I’ve told you before, Freddie. Don’t think about asking me for help if it’s not a life or death situation. I’m not your hired hand.”

There was nothing I could do if Mindy refused to come down. However, Zack suddenly said something.

He kept gulping at the sight of Mindy and her clothes flapping in the breeze.

The next second, there was a chilling flash. A kunai suddenly shot down and landed half an inch in front of Zack.

It was clear that this kunai was Mindy’s warning. If Zack continued to run his mouth off, her next shot would not miss.

Zack was shocked silly as he stared at the kunai, which shone with an eerie blue light. He fell to the ground on his a*s.

The others turned pale with fright at this sight.

“What do we do, Zack? We’ve gotten into trouble. Why don’t we leave now?”

“No, we’re not leaving!” Zack could not take the humiliation. He shouted in anger, “If they can get outside help, so can we!”
