“I need a shirt…can I go get one,” I whispers after a while. Amber nods lifting her small frame off of me. Walking into my closet I pick a sweater almost alike in color to the one Amber was wearing. I was feeling so ecstatic, relieved, might as well be a romantic too. I head back to the bed, shuffling closer to her. Amber lets out an excited laugh and sets her head on my chest. My hands running up and down her arm. I feel so at peace.
