"She what?!" Ulric asked, when I gave him the news that Stella wanted to meet with his brother. He was not happy, and I couldn't say I blamed him.
"What you heard. She wants to meet with Leon and talk to him," I replied. I would not Stella to meet with that beast by herself. She needed to be stopped or at least, protected.
"My daughter won't be allowed anywhere near him" he said and he was close to letting Alard out at how angry he was. Alard was very dangerous. He might not be stronger than Leon, but his strategies were always something to be afraid of.
