I really did not enjoy the sweets but the moment I realized Brenda was enjoying them I found myself eating them comfortably like I actually liked them.
"This is delicious, I love it," Brenda said to me with a bright smile on her face.
"I have always loved strawberry cakes, I never thought I would actually taste them someday."
"If you like the cakes so much, I'll take you to a better dessert store in Marge island," I said to her immediately. Brenda widened her eyes in disbelief.
These were the thoughts I had to suppress in my mind. I could not tell her.
"Thank you." She said with a smile before she finally put a chunk of strawberry in her mouth.
"I feel honored to have a dessert with you." I noticed the cake crumbs were at the side of her mouth, so I decided to help her wipe them away
