After half an hour, Wyatt slowed down and went up a grassy hill. At the top were several large trees. Candace didn’t recognize the surrounding area; however, she knew they were close to the forest. She could feel it and her white tattoos that swirled and laced up her arms, neck, and the frame of her face were evidence of her nearness.
