CHAPTER X

AMARA

“Goddess Taryn, this packhouse is bigger than Yellow Moon,” I said to my wolf as I look up the ceiling, it was spotless and it had really good lighting. I don’t know what place I got myself into but I was in a huge room with open windows that let the natural moonlight come through. It was like another main room but this was a tad smaller. I went near one of the windows and looked out, it had a beautiful view of the backyard of Silverhide, it also had a small fountain and pond in the garden and the reflection of the moon and stars reflected on the small pond that made the water sparkle so beautifully.

“This place is magical Taryn,” I told my wolf.

Taryn didn’t reply but she was getting too excited in my head that she almost let herself take control.

“Taryn hey, get a hold of yours-“ a quite familiar scent hit my nose.

Juniper and Mahogany.

That manly scent again, I never thought that I could get to smell that once more. It completely intoxicated my body and Taryn was purring intensively inside me, it gave me a warm fuzzy feeling.

“Ame, just let go. Follow the scent. Don’t worry about anything else.” My wolf finally spoke.

“What if I-“ I was cut off.

“Get rejected again? Can you get that out of your head? Brian rejected your right?” Taryn reminded me.

“Yes he did and-“

“And you accepted. There is no need for you to worry about him anymore, this is Goddess’s second chance, don’t just let it go to waste.” Taryn urged me.

“But-“ I was cut off again.

“NO.MORE.BUTS” Taryn got frustrated and let out a light growl. I can’t believe that I was being reprimanded by my own wolf, but she was right. I can’t keep on holding on to feelings that weren’t even wanted in the first place, I need to take this chance before Goddess takes it back.

“No more buts” I finally took a deep breath inhaling the manliest scent that my nose has ever taken in and gone out of the room.

It took me almost a few minutes to figure out where it really is. Hide and seek isn’t the game that I was looking forward play right now but it seems like it already is. A few more minutes pass by and still, I was too far from the scent, I was getting frustrated and running wasn’t really an option since I was wearing heels.

“Where the hell is it?” I stopped for a while feeling tired and frustrated.

“Focus on the scent Ame let it direct you,” Taryn uttered.

“Why does this house have to be so f*****g big?” I scoffed.

I paused, stood up straight, closed my eyes, and took a deep breath inhaling the marvelous scent that I’ve been searching for almost 10 minutes. I could feel it getting stronger and stronger, so I opened my eyes and walked towards a corridor and just as I was about to turn the scent hit me in the face, I suddenly felt I was on cloud nine.

There he was right in front of me, I couldn’t muster any words to describe this God I was facing right now. He’s much taller than me, enough to make me look like a pup, his hair was slicked back which exposed his handsome face. His body was built like a warrior, his features could be seen right through his tux. His skin was fair and his crystal blue eyes could make the skies and seas filled with envy, I felt like I was sucked into wonderland. Whoever this man was, made my heart flutter in an instant and I wanted him, so bad. Whatever I felt for Brian, it was nothing, it’s child’s play compared to this.

Taryn was completely getting bonkers in my head, purring and howling without end. The more I stared the more I felt my body wanting to just make him mine already but I couldn’t, I just met him. I could tell that he wanted to say something but I cut him off with one word I never thought I would say again.

“Mate…”

KYLE

“Mate…” She cut me off my thoughts when I was about to say something to her.

“Mate.” That was all I could muster in reply to her, damn she is so beautiful. I wanted to take her right there and then, Kato was already howling inside my head to claim her and make her ours but it had to wait, I have to treat this beautiful creature as a queen. I started to compose and try to introduce myself to her.

“My lady, a pleasure to meet you at last,” I said as I took her hand and kissed it. She had the softest fair skin; I can’t wait to feel the rest of it. All of it.  “I’m Alpha Kyle Christian Harris of Silverhide.”

She didn’t say anything and continued to stare deeply at me. I once more locked my eyes on her, my heart belonged to her now, I swear I could do everything and anything for this beautiful angel. I just stood there in front of her as I saw her eyes just roaming all over my body completely taking me in and I the same. This angel was so petite and tiny, I could tell easily that she had to be 5’2. She had wavy brown hair that fell just above her hips, her curves were accentuated by the dress. All Kato and I could think about were ripping off that dress and taking her right here, right now regardless if anyone could see.

“I’m Amara Layla Smith, daughter of Alpha Liam Smith and Luna Martine Smith. It’s lovely to meet you.” She said as she made a small bow, f**k why are we so formal? The silence was deafening. She looked at me again with her chocolate brown eyes and Goddess, I was hypnotized. I was about to say something in return when I suddenly caught the sweetness of her arousal and that was it for me, I could already feel Kato itching to take control, my once ocean blue eyes turned to black as I had a battle within me that I needed to conquer. I saw her purse and bite her lip as we both continued to stare at each other. I don’t know what has gotten into me but I couldn’t help myself anymore.

“f**k this…” I said as I aggressively cupped her face with my hands and kissed her passionately. She got surprised at first but sooner returned my kiss with the same hunger as I have. I leaned her against the wall as I continue locking our lips together, this angel could take me to heaven at any second.

“Amara...” I say her name as our tongues enter each other’s mouths. Her scent was putting me in overdrive; the years of waiting were so worth it. I never thought that this day would come. I could feel my d**k twitch wanting to bury myself deep inside her right now.

“You’re mine angel…” I said as I broke free from our kiss and licked her nape, her marking spot.

“ahh…mhmm...” I hear her moan, she was trembling. I wrapped one arm around her body while the other holding her neck while I continue licking and grazing my fangs on her neck. Kato wanted nothing more than to mark her on the spot.

“Kato let me at least get a hold of myself and let her know us more before you mark her, calm down you beast,” I told Kato as I heard him whine behind my mind.

I finally let go of our little moment there, as much as I wanted to continue and make her scream my name. I have to get to know the future Luna of Silverhide. We were both panting and trembling hard, I placed my forehead onto hers completely inhaling her lovely scent and we both let out a small chuckle and smile; I continue cupping her cheeks, they were so warm and soft. She was so beautiful, I would love to see that smile every day, my Amara, my angel. Thank you, Moon Goddess.
