The plan was simple, in essence. Vanya would lead her small team through the train tunnel, to a point where one of the older tunnels could be accessed—if the old maps could be trusted. This would lead them to the surface, where they’d approach the western Factory and organise a simple surveillance mission.
But Miolar had hinted at more. The Factory was a threat, an access point for Authority. Ideally, it had to be neutralised. While it was still in operation, there was the risk of Authority bringing in more warriors.
So he wanted Vanya, Arish and Pahyan to take out a whole Factory. Ridiculous.
But at least every step put them further from the Dome. Even if they were in this damp tunnel, once more underground.
