I felt rather surreal sitting down at the formal dining table, I wondered if they could guess that thirty minutes ago I'd been fast asleep?
"Oh, before I forget, I brought this. All signed, just pop in your signatures and he's all yours, your former Gamma requested it." Alpha Marwan passed me a thick folded piece of paper, and I opened it up despite knowing exactly what it was - I'd had to fill in one yesterday for Amelie. It was an official notice from former Alpha to new Alpha for a member of the pack moving territories. His penmanship was beautiful, elegant even.
"Sorry, he's been driving most of the night, he's probably going to crash before the Luna Ceremony later. Leon said it was three this afternoon?" Luna Rachel smiled brightly.
