This was it. My warriors were ready to take on the enemy and I was here, on the front line, about to lead them into battle. Duncan was by my side and I couldn’t help but feel the love I had for this man, my family, my kingdom. I was going to end this nightmare once and for all. I will see that my sister gets what she deserves. I had a long time to come to terms with the fact that she wouldn’t be living through this and now that the day has come, I was ready. Chloevanna was no longer my sister. Yes, I loved her still, even just a small piece of my heart. But I knew that it would be this way in the end.
“Move out!” I ordered and hundreds of fae disappeared before my eyes as they all cloaked themselves.
