By the time I got back to the Moon Crest Pack and my house, it was already very late at night.
I took a quick shower and just wanted to go to bed as soon as possible. Acting gentle and lovey-dovey in front of Theo seemed to drain my energy.
I felt goosebumps all over my body when I thought about how I had acted. Even when I was married to Hayden, I never acted that cute.
After finishing my shower, I went to my bed when suddenly I heard the howling sound of the wind. I turned around to see the curtain of my window fluttering and the floor had water droplets on it.
Was it raining?
