Item 8: Handwritten note stapled to front of the occupational therapist’s account, dated 8 July 1975.Tried to follow up on this report and on the young woman who wrote it. Discovered that the report was never tabled. Miss Hideman resigned the same day she submitted the report and apparently moved away from Sydney shortly after. She did not renew her registration as an occupational therapist and there are no records showing her as working in any health-related facility since the reported date of the incident. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
