I nodded at Jake before excusing myself. “Hey, Bails. What’s up?” I asked. Bailey and I had lost touch right about the moment I got on the plane. Not really. She had tried to call me a few times, left me numerous messages. A typical clingy girl that didn’t understand flings were just that, flings. “I thought you were never going to take my calls in your life, boy,” She answered rather than reply my question. “Bailey, seriously, this is not the time. What do you want?” My patience ran out in a flash as I walked into my car. I entered the car and wind up the windows, fully prepared for Bailey to say something inappropriate. Even speaking to her made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I pulled at my collar as she sighed. I could picture her rolling her eyes wherever she was.
