Ally’s face instantly turned from one of confusion to one of fear. Scott was a huge man. He was 6’7, wild hair, intense eyes and a wrestler’s frame. She took a few steps back and tripped over her feet and landed on her butt. I was furious that he was intimidating my mate. Human or not, I am his future alpha and as my mate she is his future luna.
“Stand down Scott!” I demanded. He turned to me once again with the same evil grin on his face.
“She smells good but she needs to learn her place.”
Ally stood back up and squared her shoulders. “My place? Who the hell are you?”
