Chapter Sixt-Three

1404 Words

Owen’s POV            “How can this be Darren? I’ve never dreamed of him like this. In my dreams it is always like it is in life. I’m either myself or I’m Darren. We are never separate beings.”            “That is usually true. However, this is a special circumstance. The wolfsbane in your system has weakened both of your physical forms. Why don’t you come and take a walk with me.” She stretched her hand out to me and I took it. Darren just placed his massive head on his paws and continued to sleep.            “This dream is weird. I’ve never dreamt where I knew I was dreaming.”            “Let’s just say that it is a side effect of the silver and wolfsbane in your system.”            I followed her and she smiled to herself as we walked peacefully through the open field.
