ABSTRACT LOVE

Nothing can come between a man and his wife. When they are married they are united as one. Now there was a man named Gill, a newly graduated man with a high future. He was about to get married to the woman of his dreams or so he taught. One night when Laurel was preparing to go to bed Gill arrived banging on the gate with mild force. "Who is it?", Mrs. Randy, Laurel's mother said cutely and softly. "It's me Laurel's fiancee". With that so did Mrs. Randy rush out to open the gate." Welcome my future son-in-law, it's good to see you again". "Thank you for inviting me into your home" he said as he walked in. "Anytime you are my son after all" they both laugh and head off inside. "Sweet heart how are you?" Laurel said with a beaming smile. "Oh I'm good, it's all good", Gill replied back happily. They both discussed treasurably for a long period of time until Frank, Laurel's younger brother broke the calmness with a rousy question "So when are you two going to get married?" he said with a curious look on his face. They were both left in silence before one of them spoke, "Get out of here bro" Laurel demanded and in the twinkle of an eye Frank was no where to be seen. The two soon to be couples discussed until it was dark and called it a day but the question asked by Frank still held Gill stirdy, when were they actually going to be married. No preparations, no announcing of dates or other things of different sorts; infact Gill was beginning to fear that this wedding might not hold after all. Unknown to Gill the Randy family had already began preparations and when Gill figured it out he couldn't help but applaud. It was beautiful with scenery, sites and all a newly wedded couple could ask for. He was told that it will be completed in 15 days but until then he could pitch in to make it shorter. Within 7 days the wedding preparations was almost complete. The soon to be bride and groom met in a silence zone to discuss upcoming matters. "Eeeh it's almost time", Laurel sqeeled. "I know I can't wait either, everything has to be perfect for the ceremony". "I agree, but for now let's get back to work". They both depart and work their hands off until it gets dark awaiting the wedding day. The Church wedding ceremony has arrived and it was being held in the Spring of Glory Parish. The groom had arrived but they still awaited the bride who was doing her final preparations. Amongst the audience available was Mrs. Randy accompanied by Frank. Mr. Randy died a few years ago from heart attack which he had been experiencing from birth. "Where is she?" exclaimed the Pastor as a rhetorical question due to the fact that he had other business to attend to. At that moment Laurel arrived in her glooming wedding dress which sprung around the red carpet as she walked step by step. She arrived to the alter at last as they did opening prayer and took the oath. Finally, the pastor announced, "I now pronounce you husband and wife". With those words a loud cheer sprung through the audience and the new wedded couple kissed. The next occasion was the Court wedding which would file the papers and secure the marriage. The couple arrived on time and the oath and filing began. Soon the head of the filing called on Gill to a secret place. "Oh boy guy, that your wife fine O!". "Thank you", replied Gill. "You de lucky say you marry that kind of woman" another thank you petruded the mouth of Gill as they both shook hands and returned to the ceremony. Once the filing was done, the officially new wedded couple got in the marriage car and drove to their new apartment a few miles away. They kissed, exchanged pleasantries and did other foreseen events. They arrived home only to witness that a surprise party had been planned specifically for the occasion. "Wow, you guys are all so thoughtful" Gill said while beaming a heavy smile. A while in the party and Gill excused himself to take a speech. "Ladies and gentlemen, I am pleased to announce that I have been officially married to this beautiful woman named Laurel. The papers have been signed which she is holding in her hands and we are now officially a newly wedded couple. With this I invite my lovely wife to take the stage", with that Laurel now known as Mrs. Laurel took a speech which stated that many men had proposed to her before but she undoubtedly accepted Gill because she felt like it was right. The couple kissed one last time while the audience roared and showered them with money.
