+ Tianas POV +
Laying on him... damn Ray! I never thought I would meet my mate this early or... late? I was exhausted. Ray, my wolf had taken over and licked him! But he looked so happy... I couldn’t help but smile at those dimples.
“Hello.” Naveen said, running his hand through our soft fur. He stood up effortlessly and placed us down. I looked at his face noticing he must’ve been mind linking somebody. Suddenly, an older man handed me a pair of clothes. Taking it grateful I walk behind the tree. Jeans and white shirt. At least they knew my style.
Don’t mess this up... please Ray begged.
I shut her out, walking out to where my mate stood. I tried walking past me but his arm blocked me.
“Where has that attitude gone?” He asked, chuckling awkwardly.
I stare at his eyes before he notices.
“Your wolf...” I heard the pain in his voice. Brushing past his arm I made my way back to the pack house.
Lottie approached me, screeching.
“You found him!” I just walk past, rubbing my temples. A sudden shove caused me to gasp. Rafeal. The beta. He and his mate abused me constantly.
“Well hello little omega. I see you changed into filth. Good. Seeing all that skin made me gag.” He smirked. The tears filling my eyes. “Good, cry like the weak omega you are. I don’t know why the alpha doesn’t treat you like how you should be treated.” I felt a sudden anger fill my body making me gasp as the betas body was pulled away from mine. Seeing him on the ground, bloody. Naveen on top of him beating him to a plump. Screaming. That’s what Alpha Eli was doing. I just backed up, gasping. Naveen stood up... everything moved in slow motion...
He noticed my shock expression and his dark eyes soften. He tried to move toward me but was blocked by our guards. Growling, he just growled! They instantly moved and he placed his bloody hands on my shoulders. I flinch.
“Please... please don’t hate me.” He begged me. Hate him? I didn’t hate him I just... was scared of him. He sensed my fear and he was being gentle... thank god. Everybody stared... I just had to look everywhere other then him. “Please...” I knew Naveen had anger issues. It was always posted over the internet. I always scolded the reporters who called him a disgrace in my head. I was oddly possessive and I didn’t know until now. When I didn’t answer he pushed off me before he hurt me. His servant guided him back to the car, leading me as well. Naveen sat in the front while I... I sat in the back. Staring out the window. Apparently while Ray and Naveen were getting comfortable Lottie had packed all my stuff. Damn her. The servant walked out, gently pulling me out of the car to talk.
“Please let him hug you or anything close to you. He’s not in a good mood and I’m scared he might hurt somebody. You’re the only person who can calm him.” I nod. Naveen was transferred from the front to the back and we gave awkward glances to each other. I finally shuffle over to him, wrapping my arms around him. He quickly picked me up, making me straddle him. His head rested on my shoulder, he took in my scent. I felt him calm down. I play with his dark hair, twirling it around my finger before letting the curl bounce back down. My dark skin matched the leather seats. Once we arrive at the house, I was exhausted. When Naveen put me down I nearly fell over. Luckily, he caught me and carried me inside. Damn. He’s the mate I’ve always wished for... I thought he was a monster but most likely without me he could be.
