Chapter 1
Charlie stood at the entrance to her room, her heart racing more than the clock. The event had just ended. But it seems it ended her peace as well.
She felt an emptiness that words couldn't describe. She was surrounded by many people who seemed to care for her feelings. But her world was fast drifting apart.
It’s been a long time since she felt the warmth of a man’s c**k between her thighs, and her legs tremble as she longs for that sweet sensation once again.
She was nothing other than a physiotherapist who lent her heart to help people. Now, she feels she needs some help.
She wishes she could hold her thoughts from drifting back to him, Gabriel Morrison.
He was a tall, handsome young man. His physical build was enticing enough to sweep even the most determined woman off her feet in seconds.
Gabriel was everything Charlie once wished she could see in her man. His hairy chest made her imagine how sweet he might be in bed. She had imagined him kissing her wet p***y.
But imaginations weren’t enough to satisfy the hunger within her right now.
She looked back and couldn't help but gaze at him again. She couldn't believe her eyes.
Gabriel walked up to her, and his presence filled her little world in seconds.
“I’m sorry, you’re lost in thought.” “Can I help you?” he asked slowly.
Charlie turned her eyes in his direction, and she couldn't believe Gabriel was standing right before her. The sight of this charming gentleman caused some butterflies to rumble in her stomach.
She tried to conceal her excitement and act professionally as she usually does in her medical facility. But she couldn't help it this time.
“I’m fine, there’s no need for that.” She managed to reply. Her voice was shaking like jellyfish, and she hoped he wouldn't notice it.
Even without talking or waving, his gaze on her a moment ago seemed to send goosebumps down her spine, she couldn’t resist it.
The wetness was unbearable, and her legs trembled in excitement.
And when he eventually approached her, his eyes blazed like the morning sun, and she felt lost in his arms.
A conversation gushed in without effort, and they were soon lost in each other’s world, a journey neither of them knew its fate.
Charlie tried to resist this uncertain urge. But she wasn’t sure of herself anymore. Before she realized how far she had gone, they were both swept in a pool of love, a feeling that emerged at first sight.
She tried to check herself and wondered why she was all over him. No doubt, he was handsome and rich. He probably also had hundreds of beautiful women dying for his attention recently. But was that enough to make her lose her senses? She wondered.
“I guess you are the physiotherapist, right?” he asked gently, looking straight into her eyes like he wanted something out of them.
She replied hastily. “Yes, I’m!” “I’m Charlie Hayes,” she stammered.
“I’m Gabriel Morrison. Nice to meet you,” he said while still fixing his gaze on her.
There was an awkward silence for a moment. Both of them stood gazing at each other, lost in thought, and the night felt lonely.
Gabriel finally broke the silence. “I didn't expect to see a lady this beautiful here.”
She shrugged, “I didn't want to be here at first…but I just had to…” She sipped her juice slowly, trying to avoid his eyes.
“I understand,” Gabriel replied.
“Seems you don't belong to this crowd. Or you prefer being a spectator. "I know how it feels,” he added.
The connection between them grew intense and blew out like wildfire before they both noticed.
Charlie quickly replied. “So, you think I’m not worthy of enjoying the charity galas like you do?”
Gabriel smiled. “Don’t get me wrong." I know how it feels to be lonely in the midst of a crowd like this. But I’m a man with too much money and little time. I know you got some time. Can I buy some?” he said with dark humour.
They both laughed loudly. And the chemistry between them grew thicker like smoke.
“Tell me, Charlie, have you ever done something you later regretted? Do you like taking risks at all?” Gabriel asked with a calm voice.
Charlie frowned, and her smile quickly faded away like darkness in the presence of light. At this point, she didn't know where the conversation was going.
Her kind and reserved nature couldn’t help her find a response quickly. But deep down, she loved risks if only she could avoid the consequences of it all.
Before she could find the right words to reply to him, he moved closer to her and placed his lips near her ears.
“Come with me,” he whispered, softly. His voice created an echo that ran through her spine at the speed of light.
When Gabriel approached his apartment, she couldn't question him. A look and touch was all he needed, and she was off her feet. Lost in the warm arms of a stranger. She threw self-control to the wind and hoped it would find its way to safety.
She kissed him passionately, reached out for his mighty c**k, and sucked it like her life depended on it. She knew she had let her guard down, and she was ready to damn the consequences for the first time in her life.
She let herself into his world of fantasy with no rules or questions. The heat between them intensified, and she wished it wouldn't end.
Charlie quickly took her dress off as it was hindering her way to success for too long. She reached out for Gabriel’s arms and flogged him with enough kisses to drive him crazy and make him moan in deep pleasure.
Gabriel was busy unravelling her beautiful body like a Christmas present from a stranger. He knew he had a treasure before him, and the entire night wouldn’t be enough to explore it.
The next morning, Charlie woke up, and the morning light seemed to assure her that all was well. She blinked her eyes, trying to see if she was alone. But the bed was empty.
She wished it was a dream. But her body ached from the night, and her eyes opened in disbelief. No matter how she tried to blush it off. Reality hit her like a knife.
Gabriel was gone without a word!
Her heart raced with a mix of regret and surprise. What was her offence? Where did she go wrong? She wondered aloud as she scanned the room with her eyes in a hurry.
As she quickly glanced at the bedlamp, she saw a tiny note dangling beautifully and calling for attention. She reached out for it, and what she read made her scream in emotional pain.
"Charlie, I know you deserve more than this." But I’m sorry. I can't give more.
She squeezed the note in her hands, trying hard to believe what she read and fighting to seize the tears that rolled freely down her cheeks.
She stood up from the bed, and her legs couldn’t carry her weight anymore. She managed to dress up.
As she walked out of the apartment, her world drifted away, and she could see people as shadows that flew past her in a hurry.
The scar of rejection hit her like a tsunami, and she doubted if she would survive it. Somehow, in the midst of her confusion, she knew it wasn't over. She had just begun a journey that might introduce many turbulent waters into her peaceful valley.
