Part 4- Kent

"Stop playing dumb. I mean where is Jane? She was promised to me by her father. Speaking of which, where is he?? I need to finish the deal with him, grab her, and go back to my pack's territory. Jane is supposed to be my wife in a few days." The mysterious Alpha answered. I was so infuriated after hearing this that I wanted nothing more to rip his head off. But, not before I let him in on a little secret. I know Jane doesn't want to be married to him, which I am glad about. I mean I just found her and I would like to see where our relationship will go.

"She is my MATE and she is not going anywhere with you! Hell, she doesn't even like you! You are too old for her. Don't you have a mate back home that you care about what will she think about this scam of a deal that you had with Hiram? Oh, by the way, he's dead! I killed him, well actually, my wolf, Adolph killed him for Jane's sake!! One more thing, you are next if care to not follow or get what I am saying!" I yelled.

"Well, her father, Hiram had promised me that she would be my wife. He was very adamant about it. My mate, my true mate died last year after giving birth to our son. My second chance mate is back with my son and our new daughter. Jane and my new mate are going to be sister wives. Jane is meant to take over as his new mom. Why did you kill Hiram?? He was a great guy! He was my pal and I shall avenge his death!!" The mysterious Alpha replied.

"Her father, Hiram is dead. I killed him because he was not allowing his daughter to be happy. He chose power over his only daughter's happiness. That was totally unfair to her and uncalled for! She should have a choice as well in order to make the best decision for herself. She is a big girl, she didn't need her father to fight her battles and make decisions for her. I'm sorry for the loss of your mate! But, that doesn't mean you can have my mate! Jane will not and can not be your son's new mom! If you want Jane, you will have to go through me!" I say getting more furious as the time ticks by.

"Sounds good to me! Meet me outside for the fight of your life! Because we are not gonna stop fighting until one recedes or one dies. Or even if one of us gets knocked out. Just me and you. No need for the help of either pack. They aren't going to fight." The mysterious Alpha guy yelled before walking out of the castle doors. I turned to look at Jane. She was scared. She was trying to be strong but her poker face isn't the greatest. Plus, I can feel her fear running through her body. I grab a hold of her and pull her to my chest. I reassure her by whispering sweet nothings in her ear. I began to feel the tension in her body leave and she began to calm down in my arms.

"It's going to be alright, Baby. I promise you that. I am an Alpha and so is he. But, my strength and power may be different than his. I will come back to get you. Then we can start the beginning of the rest of our lives. We can fall in love, get married, and then have a bunch of kids. We can grow old together. I just need you to have some faith in me. I know we just met but still let yourself put some faith in me. Now, I have to go and fight for your life!" I say in Jane's ear. I pull away from her and see the tears streaming down her face. It was a mixture of happy tears and sad tears for her fear.

I began to walk through the castle doors so I can fight for her. I take one last look at her and give her a small smile. She was worth fighting for. I can just tell. I can sense it. Not even five minutes outside, the mysterious Alpha guy wanted to start the trash talk.

"Well, well. Look who decided to join us! The douche bag who can win. Oh? You don't know, do ya? I heard every single thing you just said to her. You are stupid for putting false hope in her head. I mean I will be the one winning after all. And she is and will be totally worth it. I can't wait until I win because once you are lying on the ground fighting for your right to live, imma-" he didn't get a chance to finish that sentence because I threw the first punch.

"Don't even think about finishing that sentence! You need to shut the f**k up and  fight! So, shift your lazy ass into your wolf! So, you can fight like the man you THINK you are!" I yell. "May the best man win!" I continued. I turned my back and shifted into my wolf. Once I was half shifted, the other guy was already shifted fully into a wolf and he had his jaw around my stomach and shaking all around. After what seems like forever, I was thrown across the castle lawn. I got up and got ready to fight. But, I was stopped. Stopped by my beautiful and strong mate.
