His Warrior Mate

Chapter 6

Olivia's POV

We had gone to bed separately but at some point we ended up in my bed. I normally don't allow people to sleep in the same bed as me but having him near me seemed to calm me. I close my eyes drifting into sleep.

-Nightmare-

"Come on, Olivia. It's fine." Danny says.

He lead me off the territory to an abandoned barn about 3 miles from the pack border. The old barn was dark and I had a uneasy feeling growing in my stomach.

"Danny, I don't think it's a good idea for us to be this far off the territory." I say trying to get us back to the pack house.

"It's fine. Now, close your eyes." He tells me.

I obey closing my eyes as he leads me further into the barn. Danny leaves my side and I hear some noises making me want to open my eyes.

"Ok, open your eyes." Danny tells me.

I do, and the barn is lit up by fairy lights and lamps. There was blankets and pillows laying out on the ground. There was a basket of food open.

"Danny." I whisper.

"Happy one year anniversary, Olivia." Danny say wrapping his arms around me.

The feeling in my stomach fades as he leads me to the picnic on the ground. He packed some of my favorite food, sandwiches, fruit, and potato salad. We sat talking and laughing. Danny and I make eye contact and it's as if it was just us. He leads in kissing me, slowly lowering on to a pillow we kiss for a long minutes.

Danny slowly slides his hand into my skirt, I push his hand down. His other hand move under my shirt.

"Danny." I say in a warning tone.

My warning doesn't stop him, instead he growls at he pushing this knee between my legs. I try to push on his chest to get him off, but he doesn't move.

"Danny, stop." I almost cry.

He doesn't stop, he instead pulls out his silver pocket knife. He tries to use the knife to cut open my shirt. I move and knee him in the balls making him cut through my skin. I cry in pain, I take the pocket knife for him and stab it into his thigh. He roars out in pain as I push him off me. I get to my feet holding on to my abdomen and ran out of the barn. I run in the direction of the pack house, I hear someone following me

"OLIVIA!" Danny roars out in anger.

I run faster as more blood sucks into my shirt. I feel the connection as I pass through the border. I hope to see someone on patrol, but I'm alone. I see the pack house come into view a fourth of a mile away. I feel relief, but the adrenal has faded and I feel dizzy and lightheaded.

My run soon turns into a staggering walk. I struggle to make it to the front door. I push the front door open and fall on to the floor. I push the door close locking it. I fall back onto the floor feeling the cold floor cool my warm skin. I try to call out, but all that comes out is a whisper. My eyes get heavy and I force them to stay open just a little longer

An omega enters to room dropping her tray with a scream. I look to see I'm laying in a puddle of my own blood. I hear loud foot steps, I look to see Jack and a few warriors running to my. I feel Jack's hand go to my abdomen holding pressure to stop the bleeding.

"Someone get Doc here now!" Jack shouts.

Everything fades and my eyes slowly close.

-Nightmare over-

I sit up in bed breathing heavily covered in sweat. I take a minute to catch my breath, I look over to see Alexander asleep. I am confused of a minute why he was in my room, than I remember we were talking and we fell asleep. I carefully got out of the bed not waking him, I got a change of clothes and went to take a shower. I got out and he was still asleep, thank the goddess. I look over at the nightstand clock, 2:47 am.

I had no idea what to do, I look at the boxes scattered around my room. I open my bedroom door and start to move the boxes into the hallway. After I got the 10 or so boxes out my room, I closed the door. I pick up one of heavy boxes heading downstairs and set it by the front door. I finish putting the last box down and I look at my watch, 3:19 am.

No one would be up for at least two hours, I have time. I walk out of the pack house to the old storm cellar. I walk down the stairs not bothering to turn no some sort of light, because I know this place by heart. I make I all the way to the bottom, I'm met with the smell if old blood and death. The cellar was once a place to hold rogues until it was unsafe.

I ended up turning it into my own personal torture chamber for myself. I removed most of the cells but I left a few. I make it to where I do my 'training'. Chains connect to bolts that have been drilled into the concrete, making it almost impossible to escape. And the chains are make of silver.

I go to the cabinet that was once filled with weapons, but is now filled with vials of Wolfbane. I take out a vial and a syringe. I set them to the side where I can reach them. I chain my ankles, wrists, and my waist. I reach of the syringe and the vial. I fill the syringe with all of the Wolfbane in the vial. I normally only do half, but it has gotten to easy. I inject myself with the 5 ml of Wolfbane.

I feel it start to work it's way through my veins. Every part of my body feels as if it's been set on fire. Now, here comes the hard part, I try to shift. Wolfbane is used to weaken a wolf to keep them for using their ability and shifting. I cry out in pain as my nails turn into claws. My skin burns as hair grows out of my pours.

I feel droplets of sweat slide down my body as bones break and change shape. I feel the Wolfbane leave my body and I stop the shift and lay on the cold floor breathing heavily.

"Nightmare?" A voice asks.

I look to see Jack watching me, "Yeah. What are you doing up it's," I look at my watch, "6:58 am! Crap."

I start to take off the chains, Ally is going to kill me if I'm late for breakfast the third time this week.

"Henry told me he saw you heading into the old cellar. And I was up already because Ally, Lilly, and a few other girls are planning night out for you." He explains.

"Ugh, do I have to?" I whine.

"Yes" he chuckles, "Come on, Ally is making breakfast and you need a shower."

I decided to shower in Lilly's room because I didn't want to wake Alexander and explain where I've been all night. By the time I was out of the shower Lilly was awake. She handed me some clothes while she got in the shower. I keep a change of clothes in her room just in case. I put on the ripped skinny jeans, my high heel ankle boots, and my favorite shirt of Sons of Anarchy.

I sit on Lilly's bed waiting for her to be ready, she takes forever.

"Ready?" She asks putting her hair in a messy bun.

"Yes, I've been ready." I say getting up.

We walk out her room and almost all the way downstairs when she asks, "Why didn't you shower in my room and not your?"

"Because Alexander is still asleep in my room, and I was out." I say.

"Out where?" She asks.

"Training." I say knowing she doesn't know what I really mean but I'm also not lying to her

"Ok." She say.

We make it into the dining room where Ally is sitting when Lilly all but shouts, "Wait, you and Alpha Alexander slept together!"

"For f*****g hell, Lilly." I say almost blushing.

"At least tell me you used protection." Ally says.

I huff falling into my seat, "We did not have s*x, we both fell asleep talking last night, nothing more." I explain.

"Just talking huh." Lilly says suggestively.

"Yes, all we did was talk about his pack." I say.

Lilly frowns, knowing I'm telling the truth and nothing happened much to her disappointment.

"Well, if you two do, do something use protection. I've read that blog with all the women telling stories, I just don't want you to get an STD." Ally says.

I hit my head to the table, "For the last time, Alexander and I did not have sex." I say.

"Still, you should use a condom, I'm too young to be an aunt." Lilly says drinking her coffee.

"I'm too sober for this conversation." I mutter under my breath.

"Lilly stop taunting Olivia." Ally says making Lilly roll her eyes.

"I'm just saying Olivia and Alexander would make very beautiful babies." Lilly continues.

Someone clears their throat and we all look to see Alexander standing in the doorway.

"I guess I can in at the wrong time." Alexander says his deep voice making a tingle run down my spine.

"No, you're fine Alexander. Maybe having you around will help my daughter to keep her filthy thoughts to herself." Ally says.

"Nope." Lilly says popping the 'p', "My thoughts only get dirtier when he's around, but maybe if he f****d her they wouldn't be."

Lilly finish saying making me almost choke on my coffee and Alexander laugh. I jump at the sparks that run up my side where he put his hand. I look up to glare at him and he just smile and kisses the top of my head. My heart jumps in my chest and I can't help the warm fuzzy feeling growing in my stomach.

"Aww, you two are like an old married couples. Just hotter and younger." Lilly coos.

"Lilly that is wrong in so many ways." I say.

She shrugs, "Hey, why don't you two take a walk through the garden. I heard they just finished it for summer."

"Really?" Alexander asks, "That sounds like a good idea." He says holding out his hand for me

I take it and lead him to the garden. The garden has a few stone pathways and the rest is filled with all kinds of plants. Roses,

daisies, and sunflower to tomatoes, potatoes and even strawberries and grapes.

"So, we are leaving tomorrow?" I ask wanting to fill the silence.

"Yes. If you are okay with it we'll be taking your car. I've been informed that you are very possessive of your car." He explains.

I laugh, "Yeah, I am."

"I want to know more about you, Olivia."

"What do you want to know?" I ask nervously.

"I want to know everything."

"Okay" I say "Um, my favorite color is forest green, I prefer winter and woods. My favorite book is The Outsiders, my favorite movie is Birds of Pray." I say in a rush.

Alexander stops me by turning me to him. I took at him with a confused look, I see a emotion in his eyes but I can't read it. His hand comes to my face, taking some hair and moving it behind my ear.

"I want to kiss you." He says.

"Than kiss me." I say.

He pulls me closer to he, as our lips meet sparks erupt in my mind. The kiss is soft and sweet, but very PG for my taste. I wrap my hand in his hair pulling his face closer to my own. He gets the hint and sucks my lower lip between his warm mouth. Although the kiss is tamed it still leaves me breathless when we pull apart.

His eye zone out signaling that he is being mind linked, "My warriors are here to collect your things."

I nod and we leave the peaceful garden to meet them. By the time we made it to the front of the house they already had most of my boxes packed into a back of a van.

"Alpha, Alpha female." A man with shaggy blonde hair says.

"Even, this is Olivia, Olivia this is Even." Alexander introduces.

"It's very nice to meet you Alpha Olivia. I know how much love and happiness meeting your mate can bring you." He say with a face splitting grin.

"You have a mate?" I say sounding more of a question.

"Yes, her name is Cathy. She works in the pack house kitchen with the other mates females. She only works during the lunch and dinner meals with her being pregnant it makes it hard for her to work all day." Even explains.

"Well, I hope to meet her sometime." I say.

He bows his head and leaves to continue to pack the van. After they leave I head into Jack's office to see if he had any work for me but he said that Ally threatened to cut his balls off if he gave me any work. With nothing to really do for the rest of the day I went to my room and grab a book heading for the woods. I sat under a tree as I read but after a few hours Lilly found me.

"Liv, come on we have to get ready for our girls are going out." Lilly says taking my book.

"Hey! My book! Where are we going?" I ask as I follow her wanting my book back.

I soon found myself being forced into a makeover. As someone did my hair, someone else did my makeup, and picks out my clothes. I had a light gray and silver smoky eye, my hair pin straight, and wearing a flowy white dress. The dress is mid sleeve off the shoulder and reach just below my knees. I slip on a pair of sandals and wait for the others to change.

They all wear something close to what I'm wearing but they were all different in one way or another. They drag me outside to the SUV. I ask where we are going but no one choose to answer. I know it is somewhere safe or Ally wouldn't be in the car along with Henry's mate, the female beta. We pull up to some bar I think but I was not expecting the almost completely naked men dancing on stages, tables, and even the bar itself. I can't believe what my eyes are seeing. They brought me to a Magic Mike club the night before I leave as a going away girls night party. This is going to end badly.
