Chapter 1: Rejected On Full Moon Night

The drums beat loud under the full moon in Black Moon Pack.

Elena stood in the center of the circle, her hand shaking on her belly. She was two months pregnant. She had come to tell her mate the good news. She was smiling.

Alpha Adrian Knox stood on the high stone, his face cold. His mother Margaret stood beside him with fake tears.

"Elena Rai," Adrian's voice was like thunder. "My mother saw you with another man. You have betrayed your Luna oath. You are carrying another man's pup."

The whole pack gasped. Hundreds of wolves staring.

"No! Adrian, it's a lie!" Elena cried, tears falling. "I would never betray you! This is your child! I swear on the Moon Goddess!"

"Silence!" Margaret shouted. "I saw her myself with the rogue Alpha behind the Kangpokpi hills! She is a cheater!"

"Adrian, please! You know me! Three years I loved you!" Elena fell to her knees, holding her stomach.

Adrian's golden wolf eyes flashed. His heart wanted to believe her. But his mother whispered, "If you accept a cheating Luna, the pack will never respect you."

Then he said the words that killed her soul.

"I, Alpha Adrian Knox, reject you, Elena Rai, as my Luna and mate."

A sharp pain tore through Elena's chest like a knife. The mate bond snapped with a blue light. Blood came from her nose and mouth. Her wolf howled inside her and then went completely silent.

She collapsed in the mud.

"Throw her out," Adrian ordered, his own heart bleeding but his face stone. "She is no longer pack."

They dragged her in the rain and threw her outside the border. The pack gate closed.

That night, Elena bled heavily in the cold forest. She lost her baby. She thought she would die alone.

Then a silver-eyed old she-wolf appeared from the trees.

"Child, you are not weak. You are the last daughter of the Eclipse Bloodline. The most powerful Alpha blood. They tried to kill you because they feared you. I will make you a Queen. But your revenge will be cold."

Three years later.

A black Rolls Royce stopped in front of the ruined Black Moon Pack house. A woman stepped out in a red power suit, sunglasses, long black hair, power radiating so strong that every wolf bowed without knowing why.

Elena.

But not the same Elena.

Adrian, now with a beard and tired eyes, his pack bankrupt and under rogue attack, came out.

He looked at the powerful stranger.

"Who are you?"

Elena removed her sunglasses. Her eyes now glowed bright silver, the mark of an Eclipse Alpha Queen.

She smiled, but it was ice.

"Your new owner, Alpha Knox. And your worst nightmare."
