"I reject you, Alpha Alexux," I whispered, my voice trembling and my back pressed against the icy, unyielding wall. His gaze was predatory, unblinking. "Just accept it and leave, please."

I pleaded, my voice barely a whisper.

"Stacy, my beautiful mate, why do you want to reject me, sweetheart? Is it because I caught you in your most intimate moment? Don't worry, I'll help you. You're in heat, aren't you? Is it too much to bear?" Alpha Alexux's voice was a soothing balm, his words wrapping around me as he pinned me between his solid chest and the cold wall, his lips gently brushing my eyelids.

"I reject you, Alpha Alexux," I repeated, my voice more assertive this time. "Back off. Could you not play with me? Why does everyone blame me? It's not my fault I was born this way."

"No, my darling, it's not your fault. I won't let anyone torment my mate anymore. And Stacy, what makes you think I'll accept your rejection and let you slip away? You're mine, Stacy. Until my last breath, you're my mate. My Luna. My world. My everything."

Alpha Alexux was every she-wolf's dream: handsome, irresistible, and a dangerous allure. He was not to be trifled with. After all, he was the future Alpha King. His standards were so high that even the princess of the Regal Mystic Pack couldn't meet them. So, how did an Omega like me catch his eye?

Everyone treated Stacy Parker, the only Omega in the Parker family, like a servant. Even her mother, who gave birth to the stunning Stacy, was ashamed of her.

But everything changes for the Omega when the Alpha King claims her. Along with love, what other trials await before they can finally find their happily ever after?

Chapter 1
Stacy's Point of View I stared at the castle-like building in front of me, feeling goosebumps appear all over my body. The gate held a huge banner with words written in gold. "DAWIN HIGH SCHOOL." I closed my eyes in denial, not wanting to step foot inside this place. But what other choice did I have? It was just going to be another day, facing the same humiliation I've faced since I was a kid. "You're an Omega. You're a disgrace to our family. Lowly blood," and so on. Why did no one ever understand that I didn't mean to be born this way? This was the path that the Moon Goddess chose for me—a thorny path that was making my feet bleed. I opened my eyes but remained frozen on my spot. Should I make a run for it? The question lingered in my mind for a while, as I found it hard to come to a decision. Whatever. Let's just go in. It can't be as bad as mom whipping me with a whip covered in silver thorns, right? I took a deep breath as I resumed my walk to the huge building where I would spend a year being humiliated over and over again. As I entered the school grounds, the view of the beautiful garden seemed to take me aback. The vibrant colors spread warmth all around the campus and brought a smile to my face. However, amid all these flowers, the small, wild purple and white flowers caught my attention. They seemed to enchant me as I walked towards them and crouched down, staring at them intently. "Oh look! Isn't that your sister, Marvin?" I heard the voice of one of my brother's friends, Jared, as I immediately stood up and brushed off the invisible dust off my skirt. I turned around to stare at my elder brother, Marvin Parker, and his group of friends. "Bro-" "Let's go. I don't know her," Marvin said, interrupting me and turning around to leave. But, before they finally faded from my view, I heard one of Marvin's friends say, "Bro, she's hot. What a pity! She's an Omega." It's okay, Stacy. Don't react. Don't cry. You knew this would happen. But somehow, the tears still refused to stop flowing down my cheeks as my vision started to go blurry. My knees started to grow weak with each passing moment as I almost fell to the ground after being starved for 3 days. And that was when I heard the bell ring. Shit! It's almost time for class to start. I need to hurry. However, as I took one step forward, I completely lost control over my balance. Fuck! This is going to hurt. But my face never hit the ground as I felt a strong arm wrap around my waist and pull me into a rock-hard chest. I looked up to see a pair of intense oceanic blue eyes staring back at me, concern etched on the stranger's face. "Are you alright?" he asked in a deep, soothing voice. I tried to compose myself, pushing away the pain and humiliation that threatened to overwhelm me. "I'm... I'm fine," I managed to choke out, my voice barely above a whisper. The stranger didn't let go of me, his grip on my waist tightening slightly. "Are you sure? You looked like you were about to collapse." I nodded, forcing a weak smile. "Thank you for catching me," I said softly, grateful for his unexpected act of kindness. He inclined his head, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "It was my pleasure, little rabbit." Little rabbit? The name felt so affectionate. It was the first time in forever that someone had saved me and given me a pet name that sounded cute. A warmth spread throughout my body, a sensation I hadn't felt in a long time. As he released his hold on me, I straightened myself, wiping away the tears that stained my cheeks. "I... I should get going," I mumbled, gesturing towards the school building. "Thank you again." "You're going to leave without even repaying your saviour?" The stranger asked, staring at me with eyes full of amusement. "Well, I did say thank you," I replied, staring at him while fidgeting with my hands, unsure of what to do next. "Pft. Rabbit, you look so scared as if I'm going to eat you up," the stranger voiced out his thoughts, chuckling at me. As he laughed, my eyes remained glued to his body as I observed him. Chiseled face. Blue eyes. Black hair. Perfect body. Tall. And... so cute! "Cute?" My wolf spoke inside my head as my eyes widened. How could I say he's cute!? "Is being cute a bad thing?" The stranger asked as he raised his eyebrows at me, making my jaw drop to the floor. "Did I say that out loud?" "Yes, you did, little rabbit. And cursing is bad. Don't do it again. Yes?" The stranger spoke as he walked towards me, making me move backwards. Everything about this man screamed dangerous to me. I needed to run away. And, as if God had heard my prayers, the bell rang again, making the stranger stop in his tracks as I breathed a sigh of relief. Saved by the bell. "Indeed, saved by the bell, little rabbit," the stranger chuckled in a dangerous manner as he moved away from me, his eyes still fixed on mine. "We'll meet again soon, little rabbit," he said with a grin before vanishing right before my sight. And I just stood there, frozen in time, trying to process what had just happened. "A handsome hunk saved you from falling, and you completely embarrassed yourself in front of him. That's what happened!" My wolf replied, yawning in my head. "But you should really hurry now. If you don't wish to be late for your first class on the first day of school." "I know, Seraph. Thanks for the reminder," I replied sarcastically, rolling my eyes, before hurrying inside to find my class with the handsome hunk still on my mind.
