Having Blaze close by was going to be difficult, he was distracting. I wanted to go back and talk to him, even if I knew that was a bad idea. I had a mission, and the least I needed was to be distracted by him. He had the power to cloud my thoughts and demand all my attention. I needed to find answers, something that could help me decide what to do, since I couldn't keep going the same way. Everyone insisted that it was unnatural to stay away from my soulmate, and even if I tried to minimize it, it was true, it hurt to be away from him, and I knew it was getting worse, but being with him wasn't the best option either.
