Aphrodite

There was this girl named, Aphrodite. Her parents named her after the Greek Goddess, Aphrodite. The Goddess of Love and Beauty.  She was the total opposite of the Goddess Aphrodite. Her schoolmate and classmates call her the 'Ugly-Duckling' because she's dark, got freckles all over her face, her hair is so long and so curly, flat nose and they said she walks like a duck.  The word love isn't in her dictionary. She's always wondering why she looked like that. Always crying in front of the mirror. She asked her parents why, they never answered her. Her parents wasn't paying attention to her. Even her own parents disgust her. What kind of human being are they? If you're not pretty the society won't accept you and that's reality. She always gets bullied in her school, when she ask for help everyone turns their back on her. She will get what she wants one day, she will have her revenge not in a bad way but in a good way, she will be successful and she will prove everyone that even when she's ugly she will soar high.
