Dragon Academy

Chapter One. School. Kaiden POV. I hate school, I hate school, I hate schoolllll!!! Do I have to yell it on top of my lungs for my parents to get it, dad gave me one glare, a warning that I'm close to get a s******g if I don't stop. He's not even the dominant one in their relationship, mom is, but she's always more caring. Well I mean, she got a weak spot for me since I'm her only daughter, we were born as triplets, both my siblings are dominant boys, meaning I'm double the submissive. We don't really get born, I'm using too many humans words, in school they taught us to say that so we won't scare the humans, we were actually hatched, we are born in eggs, a momma dragon would shift to her dragon form and stay like that until the babies come. The daddy dragon have to bring her food, take care of her, and make sure she's safe, even if momma is more dominant, daddy have to stand up and take care of her. My brothers go to the military school to train and become fighters, they won't graduate until they learn to have full control of their dragons, that could take years and years of practice. When we are born we stay in our dragon form for few hours before shifting to out human ones, we won't be able to shift again until much, much later. My twin brothers are named Leon and Liam, their colors were red and blue, we don't know what kind of dragons they are yet. I on the other hand was a mix of them, I was purple, even as a baby my size was much smaller than my dominant brothers. Dad took tones of pics of us as baby dragons, now I know what I'll look like when I shift, but what kind of dragon can I be. Mom was a fire dragon, she's one of the strongest dragons ever, dad was a water dragon, strong non the less. Me, I didn't know what I am or what I want to be, there's all kind of dragons, fire, water, ice, smoke, grass... Now was the time I would be sent to school, not the regular school I just go to and come back home, this the Dragon Academy, the one where I'll hopefully meet my mate who'll teach me how to shift, so I can kick my older brothers bum-bum. "Enough with the pout Kaiden, you'll love school. It's where me and dad met" mom says, the first words were said with firmness but then the last ones were said with a smirk, making dad blush, great she made dad blush now. "No wanna go" I inform them, I'm scared, they'll want to put me into a category, what if I hate it. What if the one who tries to claim me is a bad guy, what if I get hurt! "We'll be with you Kaiden, we'll stay until after they give you your classification, and mom would help you set your room up." Dad tries to convince me it's not going to be that bad, my brothers were just kicked out of the house with their bags, the school bus came and got them, I'm the one getting special treatment here. "What if I hate my classification?" I ask back, dad was just a regular submissive, but what if I get a bad one! "They know what they are doing Kaiden, I don't want to hear any more objections" mom order me, I can't even object now! Too mad I keep pouting, the whole way to school, it's a long drive and I made up my mind to not stop pouting. When we made it to school, I saw other cars driving by, new students would be coming today, the old ones don't leave, you just leave when your mate claims you. We get parents visits, special days off to visit home, but since we are vulnerable we stay in the highly protected school until we got a mate to keep us safe. Humans loves to try and capture one of us, myth in the vampire world is that our blood makes you stronger, other myth in the werewolves world is that if you kill a dragon you'll be the king of the specify. That's why we need all the protection possible, we are sent here at eighteen, when our Dragons start to appear, my eyes turned purple the other day, mom was so happy she took me out for ice cream to celebrate. When my brothers eyes changed they were locked in the basement until they calmed down, too dangerous to let them roam free, that's were dad's word. They could kill someone in an anger rage, better keep them locked until the human side is back. Chapter Two. Classification. Kaiden POV. Dad parked the car and got out, he opened the door for mom, and then looked at me, I don't expect special treatment, I'm coming! With a gulp I left the car, my pout turned to my lip quivering, I was scared, I ran to keep up with mom holding her hand like a little girl. Mom didn't mind holding my hand she smiled at me, holding my hand and dad's hand on the other side, there weren't many people coming in, Dragons population isn't that big, it's why we need the academy, to make sure never to lose a submissive. We walked toward a lady who was dressed formally in a skirt with a blazer having the academy logo on it. I left the talking for mom and dad, they signed me in and got our examination room. I was too scared to let go of mom's hand, I held tighter as we got inside the room, I'll have a full physical exam and an emotional one. "Kaiden Elizabeth," the nurse says, Elizabeth was my mom's last name, we take our parent dominant the last name until we got out own mate and take theirs. Mom answered her and tried to get me to come into the room, I didn't want to let go, too scared. "You can stay with her if you want," the nurse says, yes please stay with me! "Let's go Kaiden," mom says walking inside with me while dad waits for us outside, the nurse told me to change into a gown. I let go of mom's hand to change, but once I was in the gown I held it back again. A doctor walked in, he did a general check-up on me, I was healthy, mom and dad take good care of me. He said I'm healthy but short, I'm not short, everyone is taller than me after the physical exam came the mental one. I had to answer some questions, mom wasn't looking she was busy talking with the nurse while I answered the random question. After I was done, I handed the tablet back to the nurse, she said they're going to inject something in me and do the final examination to see what my classification is. I held mom's hand and closed my eyes when the injection happened, I felt sleepy, my eyes were burning, they must have turned purple, my dragon side, some weird machines were attached to me, and I fell asleep. I woke up groggy and disoriented, looking around, I saw both mom and dad there, they ran toward my side, dad helped me sit up straight while mom fixed my hair away from my face. I felt like crying, my lip was shaking, I felt so thirsty, and my head hurt. "Good morning Kaiden, I see you woke up," the doctor says walking in shortly after, I nod my head yes. "Let's see," he says shining light in my eyes making me whine, I tried to push his hand away from that hurt. "The purple is still lingering back, that's a good sign, your dragon is reacting well to the shot," the doctor says. "It's okay to cry little one," the doctor says I just shake my head no, I don't cry. "Did you tell her or would you like me to do it?" The doctor asks mom. "You do it," she says, do what? Tell me what? "Your classification came back as a little, with your garden approval we gave you a shot to help you with the regression. Welcome to Dragon Academy Kaiden, little of age zero to four" the doctor explains, I turn to mom seeing her smile, even dad had a smile on his face. "Now you'll forever be my little girl," mom says hugging me. "Congratulations Kaiden, you'll make a beautiful little" dad says hugging me too. "Your room is set, you can place her things there and say a final goodbye," the doctor says, I didn't want to say goodbye to my parents not when I wasn't feeling well. Mom helped me get dressed, while dad held me while I walked toward the said room, I saw other people just as disoriented as me walking toward another building the dorms. Dad told me that the building is divided along with our category, he didn't belong to this one, but he knew there's a dominant staff member in each one to help us out, it didn't take long to find him, he was wearing the same blazer as the woman who welcomed us at the door. "Kaiden, room 306" the guy says handing mom and dad a key. Chapter Three. The Room. Kaiden POV. The room was three-o-six, meaning it's on the third floor, all dragons love to be high up in the sky, but the higher floors are kept for the dominant ones, they need room to be able to shift and fly. My door was number six, mom unlocked it and walked us in, there was a bed with railing on the side, uniforms in the closet, an adjacent bathroom, a desk for me to study on. The room was colored in pastel colors, there were even stars on the ceiling, it was made for a little, I ran toward the window wanting to see the view, even as a submissive I still love the height, I loved looking at the moon late at night, but the window was locked. "It's for your own safety Kaiden" mom says starting to unpack what little clothes I got from home, I won't need those much, uniforms are mandatory, we also had sleeping clothes and even lounge clothes with the school uniform on it. My uniform is made out of a black skirt, white shirt, blazer and finally a baby blue tie. It's the tie that says what category we are, baby blue for ones like me, green for pets, and gray for submissives. "You won't believe this but the rumors are true" dad says with a laugh, mom walks toward him, they both share a look and start laughing, I don't get it. "What rumor?" I ask, they were looking into my wardrobe, I should know. "Nothing sweetie, dad is just being silly" mom says but I didn't believe her. "The ties are fake, you just put it on, back in my day we had to tie them ourselves" dad explains. "Okay" I say, going back to looking around the room, in the bathroom there wasn't a tub, just a shower, a low sink for me to reach it, a new toothbrush and toothpaste paste were provided. I was curious and started to open the cupboard under the sink, there I saw diapers and pull-ups, along with wipes and cream. I closed that back slowly and moved back out. "Everything is set princess, you can use the room phone to call us anytime honey. Just tell the operator who you need to call" she says, my phone wasn't allowed in here. "Okay" I say pouting, I still hate school, I didn't want to stay here all alone. "Your brothers want to congrats you Kaiden," dad says handing me his phone. "Hello?" I answer. "Ohhhh KitKat, we heard the good news!" Leon start that was his nickname for me. "Good job little sis! Now you'll get to be a baby forever" Liam adds happy for me. Although we fight all the time, we are siblings that's our job, we still love each other very dearly, I smiled at hearing my sibling's approval, I knew they would never get mad at me for being a little, but I was worried still. "Thank you guys, how's school with you two?" I ask, they don't have the privilege of calling us often. "We had to do extra runs, clean half the school but got permission to call our little sister on her special day" Liam says. "We begged for you KitKat! Never forget that" Leon says making me giggle, they never beg for anything. "Gotta go, love you little sis" they both say at the same time before ending the call, maybe school isn't that bad after all, I hand the phone back to dad. "Study, eat your veggies and be a good girl," Mom says hugging me one last time, then it was dad's turn before they both said bye and left me alone. I didn't want them to leave, my lower lip started trembling with me pouting, mom and dad just left me alone in this place. I buried my face in the pillow angry, it was hard to even get on the bed with the railing I had to jump few times before I made it. After about an hour there was a knock on my door before it opened, a girl walked in, she had the same staff member's clothes, the difference between their uniform and ours, theirs is fully black with no extra tie.
