Greg's POV
I reached out for Syd but just watched as she ran for the bathroom. I was in shock. How could everything go so wrong? I told her she was my forever. I made her a promise, and I intend to keep it. How do I let her leave me before I am ready? We are supposed to have one more year together before she leaves me to live her dreams without me. Can I let her go before then?
I get up and head to the bedroom. I think it is safe to say dinner is over. I knock on the bathroom door, "Baby, you ok in there? Do you need anything? Can I come in?" I get no response. "Sydney, answer me or I am coming in." Still no response.
