The Demon King

Dark clouds enveloped the sky and hid the stars and the moon which used to cast it's faint glow across the kingdom which is usually enveloped in darkness small candles were lighted and lined all across the kingdom which provided a faint calm and a eerie appearance to the kingdom , the streets were silent and cold and dark and a slight breeze blew in the air , darkness was a common thing in the kingdom as the people were not much found of light but the sunlight which would slowly seep into the morning caused very little damage to the people as their powers were too great and immense to be harmed by a little sunlight , it is said that vampires are harmed by sunlight but it was a myth for them as sunlight never caused a single injury to them infact it was weak as the vampires had immense power that they even could change the day into night and totally making the sun dissapear and sending the Kingdom into total darkness for any amount of time they want , they could control the nature according to their needs and could even travel anywhere of the world they want , there were very few rules in the kingdom as the people were mostly peaceful and they knew the consequences of disobedience and which were not at all good the Kingdom was ruled by Alaric Adam whose name was known all over the kingdom for his ruthless way of killing betrayers and people who disobey him , it was also known that the King sometimes used to kill for fun and his favourite victims were normal innocent humans without any special power or strength to defend them from the cruel king and we're totally vulnerable and weak to him and who dare to say anything which went against him , it was known very well in the kingdom that the cruel king had killed his own father who gave him existence to become the king of the vampire kingdom but even though the people loved the old King as he was kind and just and was never unjust to anyone he was known for his kindness who was killed by his son who was totally opposite of him they didn't dare to protest against him or utter a single word which went against him as they knew about the power of the son , he could kill them in a glance , the vampire king was one of the most powerful vampire of the kingdom and he was so powerful that he could bent people over his will willingly , it is said that he killed the father because he favoured his younger brother more and wanted him to become the king of the Kingdom and rule it instead of him , so he silently crept in the dread of the night and drove a stake in the heart of his own father and the next day he was declared as the king of the kingdom , and when he became the king , he changed every single rule and made it more crueler , a betrayer or a traitor or a thief of the Kingdom was mercilessly tortured by the king so much that he would wish that he would never had been born , he was known for his creative and sadistic ways to torture his victims , everyone knew him to be a heartless king who only cared for himself and only himself he never gave a f**k about anyone else , his younger brother was known to be the total opposite of him caring and honest , he didn't kill his brother because he was the only one that loved him and treated him right , he had lost his mother at a really tender age and from that day his father totally started hating him and treated him roughly , he loves his brother more than anything also it's known that his brother dosent live with him he lives in the human dimension because he never liked his way with which he dealt with his kingdom , but he sometimes came to visit him and which made Alaric happy though he never showed that to anyone The kingdom was almost always cold due the absence of sun it almost rarely peeked in the Kingdom drowning it into total and utter darkness for most of the year and even if the sun did come out the vampire could send it away again, the vampire kingdom was located in a separate dimension and time which was utterly and completely different from the normal time in the dimension of humans, though it was common for the vampire to act as a normal human being and visit the human kingdom for their own profit and sick pleasure some of them visit the human dimension for business and some get good business deals which can be very profitable and they can get good money as their pay easily which made them rich A sudden shrill scream of pain echoed through the silent area a women was being dragged by her hair by a man who looked muscular and strong , the girl was no match to his strength her struggling and tries of getting out of his grip went totally in vain as it did nothing but enraged him more and he delivered a sharp slap to her cheek which made her completely drop her struggles and totally go numb against him , his slap was so strong that it left a red mark on her cheek , her face was bruised by ugly slap marks and her dress was totally worn out , she was a common human so she didn't have enough power to do anything to the man as he was ten times more stronger than her , he continued dragging the poor girl who was now completely sobbing in pain and sorrow , he dragged her through the silent streets into his house , it was a common occurence this days as s*****y was legal here it was totally common to have one human slave here and the rich people had two or three , there were auction which sells beautiful female human slaves which are mostly kidn*pped from the human dimension and brought here and once they are brought here there is no escape for them they are totally trapped as there is no escape from this dimension without the help of a vampire as they had no other superpower to travel to other dimension another shrill scream rose through the kingdom signifying the distress of another women I sighed and closed the window pulled on the curtain before heading to my room Soo this is the first fantasy book that I made so I tried my best to make a good vampire
