Sarsha wouldn’t stop asking how both Lilian and I were at the forest at the same time to volunteer, but I couldn’t stop thinking about what she saw.

I’ve been around not that long, but long enough to know that Miss P could see and she could also show you and I know by Lilian’s reaction that she saw.

“Are you listening to me, I’m asking you a question.” Sarsha holds my hand and squeezes trying to get my attention.

Thankfully we stopped at her destination just in time before I lost it, her eyes looked at me with so much anger and so much fire but I didn’t care and I didn’t care how she took what I’m about to say.

“You dear question your future Alpha, do you not know your place?”

“Your Luna is asking a question…” she responded softly.

“You're not even sure to be Luna.” I pop the door open for her to get out and after a long couple of seconds she gets out I look up at her and say.

“I can’t believe you would even think I’d be frolicking with a low rank omega. She isn’t my type and she will never be now, get that in that thick skull of yours and let it sit.” I drove off.

“Report to me.” I here dad through the mind link and head directly to his office at the pack house.

As I walk through the double doors I’m greeted by my mom, she runs over to me and pulls me into her arms dropping a big kiss on my cheek.

“My boy has gotten so big.” She ruffles my hair.

“Mom what are you talking about, I’m the same as last week.”

“Are you kidding me, you’ve grown since I saw you last week.” She chuckles and we both walk to dads office.

“Honey you’ve grown since I last seen you.” She holds my dad in a tight luck and he looks at me and lips the word

‘coco’ before pulling out the hug.

“You saw me last week dear.”

“You’ve gotten bigger since.” She winked at him

“You really think so." He gives her a shy smile and I almost puke.

“Get a room will you.” I reply and take a seat.

“I heard there was an incident at while on the walk with the elderly?” Dad asked.

“Yeah miss P touched one of the girls.”

“Which one?” He asked while talking out a plate of pastries for mommy.

“Lilian the girl with the eyes.” He stops.

He takes a couple of minutes before he continues putting the pastry on a plate.

“Is she ok?” He asked.

“I’m not sure.”

“Hmmmm.”

“I’d have Beta check her out tomorrow.”

“Ok.”

“Or I could just ask you, seeing that your with her everyday after school.”

I almost choked on my own saliva when he said that, he places the plate in front of mom with a cup of orange juice and then takes a seat.

“Why are you with her everyday after school, ohh right your grads are dropping and..”

“I’m sorry dad, I didn’t want to tell you for you to go demanding I still get to play. I need to pass this on my own without your help or input. I'm not a kid anymore and my principal wouldn’t fall for your Alpha charm willingly, it’s not pre school.”

“Are you saying he would use his charm when you were in preschool?” Mom asked before looking at dad.

“Well played son.” He smirked knowing that now mom knows she wouldn’t allow him to make it easy for me.

“Thank you dad.” I stood up to leave when I sensed an argument between them coming on, as I walked through the front door I would hear them both giggle and mom teasing him about using his so-called charm.

“Son.” Dad called.

“Make sure she is ok, she is just as important as the rest of us even if she is different.” He says and I leave.

I didn’t bother going to training, instead I just went straight to the library to see if I could find her, if it’s one thing I’ve come to learn about Lilian is if she isn’t at home or in school or at old greybeard she is in the library burying her head in a page.

Normally where she would be sitting she isn’t, but her bag and books are on the table. Following my instinct that something is wrong and the confirmation after I could smell blood from her scent I followed it.

About a minute or two of walking I spot her and someone standing at the back of the library building, the person wearing a black hoody and then all I see is Lilian getting smacked across the face.

She drops to the floor and hits her head, she saw me looking at her and I guess the person noticed as well because when they were about to turn around Lilian said.

“I’m ok Alpha.” And the figure ran off.

I ran over to her and helped her to her feet, there’s blood running from her lip but she stopped me from wiping it off.

“Lilian.” I pull her by the arm before she could reach the door entrance.

“One day, one day I’ll make them pay but until that day I’ll endure.”

That gold speck in her eyes looked like it got bigger, but that was the least of my worries, I wanted to know who attacked her so I asked again.

“It was your Lunas mother. It was sarshas mother and she told me to stay away from you.”

I stepped back.

“Did you tell her, did you tell her that you’re helping me. I hope you didn’t because that would ruin me.” I stepped back.
