“My mom's ex is my future husband?!” Agleria had to swallow a bitter pill when she accepted the fact that she was pregnant by her sugar daddy. Agleria did this only to pay for her mother Emma's medical treatment. However, it turned out that all her sacrifices were in vain. Almost a month after Emma's death, Levious came back to see Agleria. This time, not as a sugar daddy, but as a prospective husband. The man, who was twenty years older than Agleria, tried to avoid the bad reputation of the Geeser pack by marrying Agleria.

“Who are you?”

Levious smiled faintly, his dimple on the right side clearly visible. “I am the founder and CEO of the company where you are currently interning.”

“No, I didn't ask about that.”

Levious still stared into those eyes with one eyebrow raised.

“I am... your sugar daddy, your uncle, Lycan King, and your mother's ex-boyfriend.”

Marrying My Ex's Daughter
Agleria's POV *** “Look at your face, My Luna. You’re so beautiful and look just like your mom.” I opened my eyes slightly and saw the man smiling, his dimples sweet. “My ex would love our relationship.” I didn’t know what that meant. Who was his ex? Suddenly, my head throbbed, and it felt like I’d been hit by a massive boulder. Unable to process his words, I eventually chose to fall back asleep due to the lingering effects of the alcohol. Two hours later, I moved my body slowly, then opened my eyes. My consciousness began to return, and I started remembering everything that had happened that night with my sugar daddy. “I really did it.” I tugged at my black hair in frustration. I felt regret, sadness, and anger toward myself, but I had to do this so my mother could get the money for her surgery. I tried to move my thighs, which ached as I walked. “Ouch.” I felt like I wanted to sleep here all day, but I was in a hotel, not my own room. Besides, I also had to go to campus. Finally, I forced myself once more to get out of bed and head into the bathroom. After washing off the scent of my sugar daddy’s body, I put on the clothes I’d packed in a bag the night before, then set off for campus. “The money’s already been transferred. But why is the amount so huge?” I asked, now staring at my phone screen as I walked down the hallway of the department building. I looked at the note Levious had written beneath the row of numbers. [Thank you. Sorry I didn’t use protection, but you’re so sweet.] “Agler!” A woman tapped my shoulder from behind, causing me to quickly close my phone screen. “Have you seen the department’s announcement this morning?” I looked awkward because I was quite surprised by Deanna’s sudden appearance beside me. I really hoped Deanna hadn’t seen anything on the phone. “W-what announcement?” I stammered. “About the internship. We have to find a company so we can intern there. The university is letting us choose the company where we’ll intern.” “O-oh, I see. Then... Where are you going to intern?” “You? You mean us?” “Us?” "Yeah, you and I are going to intern at the same company as my dad. He’s the HR manager there, so I’ve already requested two slots for interns.” “How did it go?” “I don’t know yet because I just messaged him this morning.” “Thanks, Deanna.” “Why thank me? Besides, I don’t want to intern alone without you either. Aren’t we besties?” Deanna asked, now playfully wrapping her arms around my neck. “Let’s get to class. Our devil professor will bite our necks later if we’re late.” I finally let out a sigh because it seemed Deanna had no idea about the contents of that text message. During class, I couldn’t focus at all. My wandering thoughts made it impossible for me to absorb the lesson properly. “Our new professor is forty years old. Half our age! Do you think it’s legal for him to date his students?” Deanna whispered to me. Instantly, I recalled my conversation with Levious last night. My sugar daddy is also forty years old, and we’ve already slept together. Is all of this legal? I don’t know. But it seemed like all the female students in this class were thinking the same thing as Deanna. They were staring with admiring glances, not respectful ones. The difference was quite clear. Suddenly my phone rang, and the caller was Auntie Donna. My heart immediately started pounding because Auntie Donna rarely calls me. “H-hello—” “Agleria.” A sob was heard from the other end. “Your mother is gone.” Instantly, all my strength drained away. I couldn’t look at anything anymore because everything felt dark. Has the earth stopped spinning? Or have I fainted? Auntie Donna’s voice trembled on the other end. “Come to the hospital right now, Sweetheart.” At the same moment, Professor Jarvis began to speak. “Alright, Class. You’re all dismissed from my class. I—” In that very instant, I stood up from my seat, and that made Professor Jarvis fall silent. All eyes turned toward me as I walked out of the classroom, crying. I didn’t care about anything anymore. I didn’t care if Professor Jarvis got angry or docked my grade for being rude by leaving without saying goodbye. I was at my wits’ end; I didn’t even feel strong enough to go to the hospital by myself. “Agler!” Someone called out to me from behind, and I knew it was Deanna’s voice. I turned around and saw Deanna running quickly toward me. “Agler, what’s wrong?” I looked at Deanna, who was already standing beside me, then hugged her while crying hysterically. “My mom is gone, Deanna.” We hugged in the empty hallway, and Deanna let me cry my heart out there while gently stroking my back. I went to the hospital with Deanna, and she stayed by my side to help me handle the paperwork for my mom’s death. After the funeral was over, I started isolating myself and didn’t want to see many people. A few weeks later, I felt even worse than before. I hadn’t gone to college for three weeks because I had absolutely no motivation. Every day I cried and regretted everything. “I sold my body so my mom could get better with surgery, but she just left me instead,” I said softly, not sure to whom. I cried again in this dark room of mine. To be honest, I was lonely, but I didn’t have the energy to leave my room. Auntie Donna had also tried to get me to come out of my room so I wouldn’t be sad anymore, but I kept refusing all her invitations. Even so, she always came to my room to bring me breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Three weeks after my mother’s death, I was indeed living with Auntie Donna in her apartment. “Then what should I do with this money?” I asked one night as I stared at the balance in my account. “I haven’t even spent a single penny. If I return this money to him, will my virginity come back?” I kept crying over what had happened to me. If only my mother had lived longer, this money wouldn’t have been wasted. My sacrifice wouldn’t have been in vain. “Agleria, here’s your dinner.” Auntie Donna fed me while trying to persuade me to go to college tomorrow. Auntie Donna didn’t want me to keep wasting time moping in my room. “The day after tomorrow, we’re expecting a guest. I hope you’ll meet him. He’s your uncle,” Auntie Donna said as she fed me. I furrowed my brow. “Uncle?” “Yeah, he’ll be here tomorrow afternoon. Le—” Suddenly, I felt nauseous and wanted to vomit. Actually, I’d been feeling this queasy for the past three days. I thought all this was the result of irregular eating over the past three weeks, causing stomach problems. “I’ve heard you’ve been feeling nauseous for a few days now, Agler. Do you want to go to the hospital tomorrow?” “I don’t think it’s necessary, Auntie. I do have a bit of a stomach issue, but it might go away if I take some medicine. Besides, I have to go to college tomorrow.” The worried look on Auntie Donna’s face vanished instantly when I said I’d be going to class tomorrow. “Alright, Sweetheart.” The next morning, I felt nauseous, vomited, and got dizzy all at once. I wanted to go back home, but I was already on campus. “Agler!” I heard Deanna calling me from behind, but I really couldn’t respond properly right now. I immediately walked toward the restroom without looking back. “Are you okay, Agler?” Deanna asked as I came out of one of the restroom stalls. I thought Deanna would go to class alone, but she was actually waiting for me there. The girl with short hair held my hand with a worried expression. “You look pale, Agler. Are you still going to go to class?” I nodded slowly. “Yeah, I’m fine, but… Deanna, can you buy me some water? I want to take this medicine.” Deanna looked at the medicine I’d been holding all along. “What kind of medicine is this?” “Stomach medicine. I’m nauseous because of stress and irregular eating.” “Oh, is that why you’re nauseous? I actually thought you might be pregnant.” Deanna laughed at the joke that came out of her own mouth and then patted my shoulder. “I’m just kidding, wait here. I’ll go get you some water.” But unfortunately, Deanna’s joke didn’t make me laugh. I was actually afraid that what Deanna joked about might actually happen to me. Am I pregnant? I spoke to myself while thinking hard. “I’m supposed to get my period this week, but… there aren’t any of the usual signs I experience before my period.” I bit my lip, fear taking over. “No, I can’t possibly be pregnant, can I? I can’t possibly be pregnant by my sugar daddy,” I muttered. Finally, on my way home from college, I decided to buy a pregnancy test at the pharmacy. Actually, Deanna offered to drive me home as usual, but this time I had to decline, saying I wanted to meet Auntie Donna at a place not far from campus. “Excuse me, I’d like to buy an accurate pregnancy test.” I spoke to the pharmacist at a pharmacy located quite a distance from the campus. After getting the test, I finally headed home. Earlier, the pharmacist had advised me to take the test in the morning for accurate results, but I couldn’t wait until tomorrow morning. I had to take the test right now. I placed the tip of the test strip into a container of urine I’d collected earlier, then waited for the result. “Negative.” I saw a single line on the test strip and immediately breathed a sigh of relief. The next morning, I woke up feeling weak, dizzy, and still plagued by nausea. I felt like I’d been taking my stomach medicine regularly, but why was that queasy feeling still there? Suddenly I remembered what the pharmacy clerk had said, and luckily I’d bought two pregnancy tests, so I could use the other one in the morning for a more accurate result. I went into the bathroom, placed the container of urine back in, and dipped the end of the test kit into it. When the timer I was using beeped, I immediately lifted the test kit out. “P-positive?!” My body shook violently, and it felt like I had no bones left to help me stand up. “I’m pregnant… I… I’m pregnant.” Shouldn’t every woman be happy to hear news like this? But not me! I was terrified. “Agleria” I grew even more afraid when I heard Auntie Donna’s voice. My body shook violently because I wasn’t ready to tell her all this. “Are you in the bathroom, Sweetheart?” “Y-yeah, A-auntie,” I stammered from inside the bathroom. “Are you taking a shower in there?” “Y-yeah. I’m taking a shower,” I lied because Auntie Donna kept pressing the bathroom doorknob. “Alright… Your uncle is already out front. You need to go say hello to him right away.” “Yeah, I’ll say hello to him after I finish showering, Auntie.” “Alright, Sweetheart. We’ll be waiting for you in the living room.” At that very moment, I grew even more frustrated. How could I not? Being pregnant without a husband was embarrassing, especially since this was happening in the same month my mom passed away. “Auntie might kick me out.” I was getting more and more flustered, but I still tried to steady my legs so I could finish my shower as I’d told Auntie Donna. I stood in front of my bedroom door after spending nearly ten minutes getting dressed. Honestly, I didn’t have the energy left to face anyone in this state. “After greeting him, maybe I’ll go back to my room and sleep until my sadness subsides.” I exhaled softly as I pressed the doorknob, then pulled the door open from the outside. “You’ve kept your sugar daddy waiting for ten minutes.” My eyes widened when I saw Levious standing in front of me. I wasn’t dreaming, was I? My sugar daddy was standing at my door right now. My throat felt tight, especially when he tilted his head slightly to whisper to me. “Is that polite, my sugar baby?” You—” “Agleria... Mr. Levious.” Auntie Donna smiled as she held a tray with three glasses and some snacks. The middle-aged woman stood between us. “Agleria, say hello to Mr. Levious. He’s your uncle.” I glared and screamed inside my head. “Uncle? My sugar daddy is my uncle? The father of my baby is both my sugar daddy and my uncle?! This is crazy!”
