I feel bad for knowing that deep within me I just want to keep staying within the comfort of the words I had grown up with.
Your mum died from a critical illness and your dad tried all he could to keep her alive.
This information, at a time where I also just found out about Irina and my dad, gives me a very sore pain.
Beta Damon takes the document from her.
“Helen, I think it's best you leave now. The walls of this house have several ears. I think it's best you leave.”
It's the first time I'm realizing I had heard my dad talking on the phone with someone where he was shouting,
"Helen, if you dare do anything silly, I will end your life."
“Wait, you're Helen?”
“Yes,” she says, turning back to me like a ray of hope lights up in her eyes
