Lily's POV
Caught Between Two Worlds
Andre didn't ask Jake what his reason was for his urgent words.
It's as though he already knows something more urgent than asking is about to unveil.
He immediately grabs my hand and walks me out of the room.
We turn into another walkway, different from the one I used when I was entering the house.
Jake follows after us.
“I noticed some guards leaving the house after you arrived. I don't know specifically who they were and I wanted to believe they had not seen Lily walk in, but now, I heard voices of some men in the pack speaking on their suspicions that they saw Lily walk in here.”
Andre holds on to my hand firmly as he walks. He doesn't say anything. He just keeps leading me out of the building as fast as he can.
