Just at that moment, a strong breeze from the river lifted the hem of his coat and showed the shiny red lining. Agnes's hand flew to her mouth. It was the same man she had seen in the park, after all. But what was he doing here outside her hotel? Questions ran through her mind as she stood there watching him.
