The Mystery Guy!

Jase's POV

I hate working for these vile cretin human species. But it's my job to do so. They torture people to get what they want, the deal is for me to stay in wolf form to scare the daylights out of them. It never really works but to not blow my cover, I do it.

They've just bundled a slim young girl in here, I can already sense she has no answers to the questions they want answers too, she's innocent.

I just have to wait til I get my signal and back up to attack, no idea when that will be.

In my own thoughts, I heard the vile humans enter. They ripped the blindfold from her face, and dived straight into the questions, the poor girl looked terrified. He nodded to me to growl, so I did, slowly she turned round to me, shook her head, then looked again, the colour draining from her face, she passed out! But as I stopped, I noticed how beautiful she is. She is stunning. My wolf started in my head, we had to save her. I agreed.

The human left the room to take a phone call. I shifted to human form, and spoke to her, I told her my name, what I am, and to do everything they say, and I won't let it go too far. I had to shift quickly to wolf form before they came back.

I couldn't get her frightened little face out of my head.

They came back in, played with a few tools. I'm trying to keep my mind clear for the signal. I heard him mumbling something to her, I think she turned her head, that's when my heart sank.

He broke her leg, the scream from her will haunt me forever. I let out a low growl. I can't keep up with this any longer.

I tried to mindlink my boss. It didn't work. So next excuse, is bathroom break, but before I could growl he started talking to her.

He mentioned something about a boyfriend, and she replied she didn't have one, relief washed over me, because I'm sure to make her mine after this! Asswipe over here clearly didn't believe her as she earned another strike on her pretty face, she didn't even flinch, she spat blood out at him. Damn this girl got balls!!

I growled loudly, shifted back and said I needed bathroom break, to my surprise, the div let me, I opened my phone and called Ashley, I needed him to give me the signal. And fast!

What he did tell me though, was this is the girl he's being going out on dates with. s**t. Another reason to protect her, he wasn't happy and neither was I. He was told he needed to do something and fast.

Ashley is on his way down. God help them.

I casually just strutted back to the room like nothing, shifted and went back to 'guard/Free' the girl.

Then, I saw them get a sharp tool and head to the girl.

She felt terrified although she didn't look it. I swear he better break those doors down before that cretin gets his blade in. All I can do is growl. I can't do anything without my damn signal. This is torture. My wolf is screaming for me to protect her. I can't control him anymore, he will take over If I don't.

Then the jerk did it. He sliced her face, then I heard the scream, my wolf jumped in front of her, I'm no longer in control, I'm fighting with my wolf to give me back control, he just won't budge.

The div infront of me started telling me to move or I will be next. I'd like to see him try.

All I heard next was a THUD. The girl passed out. She needed medical attention and fast.
