“You think it’s a trick, that this girl is a false mate?” Elijah asked, with the same skepticism in his voice.
Raymond shrugged, “It’s a possibility. All I’m saying is almost 20 years ago, my sister was nearly killed by those people and they have been quiet ever since. Now all of a sudden this lone wolf comes out of nowhere claiming to be your son’s mate at the same time that they resurface, that can’t be a coincidence," said Raymond.
“You’re right, for now, let’s wait and see. If she is innocent then we have nothing to worry about, if she’s not, not even the Moon Goddess can help her,” Elijah said.
