Chapter 6. Deal

* Williams POV*

Meeting went surprisingly well. These people in Newport are thriving to make a profit from any opportunities that come their way. The number of tourists coming here every year is ridiculous, and because giant companies are afraid to invest in this small town due to possibilities of numbers going down anytime... For us, it's a perfect chance, even if the numbers will go down any time after the building is running, I believe we'll already have made as much as needed to keep it stable till it comes back to normal.

' So ,Will ,what are you up for the rest of the day?' Jeremy asked once we went out of the meeting room.

' I guess I'll go for a walk hoping to meet my girl , you wanna join me ? '

' Hell yes! Man I want to see her again as well ,last time I got only a glimpse of a Luna to be. '

' Also , maybe I could get any details of where to look for her origins at the same time ,since it's gonna be a long ride, why not to try helping her from the beginning. ' He shrugged his shoulders. I nodded.

I agree with him so much on that.

I couldn't stop thinking about her even for a moment, she's always in my thoughts and Remus...

This damn dog as well, from the moment we found out about her existence and let her go he acts like a lost puppy, last night I suggested him going for a run since it's been almost a week he was let out, and to my surprise, refused saying he keeps himself for our mate, it's his choice...

As well that means that he's going to hide for a long time, since our mate doesn't know of her origin, and we still need to open this world for her, at the same time to find out what she is, for a moment I sensed that she might as well be a werewolf, but the fact that she is already eighteen and without her wolf changed my mind, so that's another secret to find out.

' So, when are we going out?' he asked.

' Let's just go back for now, I need to take a shower and we can move.'

' As you wish .' He said with a slight bow. Since finding out about my girl he began showing respect to me as I'm already an alpha...

We went back to the hotel.

I took my much-desired shower while he spent his time on the couch waiting for me to get ready, once I was finished and ready to go, the phone rang... It's mom.

'Hey ma , did something happened?' I asked her.

' Hi son , no , everything is alright ,it's just that father wanted to know how was the meeting. '

' Surprisingly very well mom , and you can tell Niklaus that he will receive the signed documents shortly.'

' Will, baby, dad is busy , so he asked me to call ,no need to be mad.' She said.

When I get angry at him, I always call him by name, the official version, you know.

' Fine mom, it's just that if he wants to know something he could call himself ,what can change in approx. ten minutes , absolutely nothing...'

' Calm down son , did something happened that you are so moody? '

' Oh.. Yeah , kind of ...'

' And what does kind of mean ?' She questioned me.

' Well, for starters ,I found my Luna but...' I couldn't finish when I was interrupted.

' Oh baby! That's great news , when are you coming back, I can't wait to see her , how does she look and who is she ,is she a werewolf?' She blurted non stop too excited.

' Mom you didn't let me finish , I know for sure that she isn't a human ,but don't know yet what... She was brought at humans doorstep when she was just an infant , grew up with them ,not knowing anything about other origins , so I'll have to take it very slow.. ' I told her apologetically.

' Poor girl , okay Will, take all the time you need , we'll be waiting for news, I must go tell dad about it , he'll be very happy that it finally happened . ' She said.

' Okay mom , bye.' I hang up the phone.

'Jer ,we should at least show her for them as soon as possible , because from mom's excitement I could tell that she needed a very little push , to just sit in a plane and come here to see her..' I told turning to him.

'Yeah ,you're correct , Victoria always does stuff like that when she's too excited..' Jer told me laughing slightly.

' Okay, so now not only that I need to find her soon , but as well take her picture with me in it , dammit .'

Yeah, mom is crazy sometimes, first time after I haven't been home for two years, she came to pick me up, scolding me about forgetting about them. I love them, I do, but mom should calm down a bit sometimes. She always says once I have my kids, I'll understand, and I hope I will because if no. She's crazy.

'Will , so are we going or what? '

' Yeah man, let's go .' I grabbed my wallet, phone and we went out...

* Rea's POV*

We arrived at the shopping mall, went through a couple of shops just looking around and now we are sitting at our favorite restaurant, Rogo's, it's our favorite because prices are always reasonable, nicely built and staff is always friendly. Straight away waitress came our way.

' Hey girls , as usually ? Two burgers , large fries and strawberry smoothies ? ' She asked, smiling at us.

' Yes , thank you Ana .' Lucy answered. I just nodded.

Ana works here for as long as I can remember, we started coming here six years ago, and she was here all the time, always friendly and happy to see us, she's a middle-aged woman who loves her job as she said once we tried to ask why she works here so long.

' I'll miss this place so much once in college.' I told Lucy.

'Yeah me too ,but we will come here every time we come home , this will forever be our place.' She said smiling.

' For sure.'

' So, girl , your eyes ,when did they changed exactly yesterday and did anyone saw ? ' She asked, dammit, I'll have to tell her...

' I don't know when exactly but it was after I left the party , I noticed that only when I was told.' I said.

' Hmm ,and who told you that ,did they freak out or something?' She asked with a raised eyebrow.

'Actually no , no one freaked out, he just complimented that they look nice mixing with my hair .'

' Hmmm, he.. So it was a guy , is it someone we know? '

' No Lucy ,it was a stranger ,I was sitting on a bench at the open cinema and he came to sit with me since we were the only ones left ,you know , to keep company.' I told her, hoping she won't continue questioning.

' Hmm , did something else happened I should know about? '

Damn her nosiness...!

' We hugged .' I told her, not knowing what else to say.

' And...?'

'And what? Nothing , we talked , then we hugged because I needed it , after that he asked for my number and name , and I told him that if we meet again I'll give it to him , and that's it ... His last effort was to ask if he can walk me home, to which I as well said no thanks. That's it , you happy?' I told her in one breath.

' Yes ,I'm , but girl ,you know that you basically screwed up your first chance to date someone ? To get that D finally ? ' She asked laughing.

' F*ck you Lucy .'

' Was he at least handsome ?' She asked still laughing.

The waitress came back with our order.

'Here you go girls ,enjoy .' She said smiling.

' Oh and, Rea ,these lenses fits you .' She told looking at me.

' Thank you Ana .' I told her, she just smiled and went to another table to collect the dishes.

Once I noticed who was sitting next to the table she was taking the dishes from, I froze... F*ck.

Lucy noticed that.

' Rea you alright?' She asked.

' Maybe you have a piece of paper and a pen?' I asked her, still frozen, looking at him. He speaks about something with a guy sitting next to him, oh great, he hasn't noticed me yet.

' Why?' She asked.

' Because Lucy , I'm about to give my number to a complete stranger.'

' What...Oh...' She understood and began looking around, not caring about who was going to see.

' Lucy if you would stop looking everywhere ,I could tell where exactly he is so you wouldn't look like some crazed woman that just ran of a psychiatric hospital.' I told laughing from her curious state.

' Okay okay.' She dug her purse and found a note on which I can write, gave it to me.

' Now, tell me who's the lucky one. ' She said impatiently. I sighed.

' If you would look over your right shoulder ,you should see two guys sitting four tables away ,the one with black t shirt is the lucky one as you say.' I told her.

They both look damn good, William, maybe he thinks I haven't heard him saying his name, but I did, wears blue jeans and a black t-shirt with trainers and the other guy. I'm a hundred percent sure he was there that night as well. Maybe a friend. He has a loose hoodie on, sweatpants, and trainers, his brown hair slightly longer than Williams.

Lucy looked where I said and turned back with mixed emotions for a moment after that just came to a surprised grimace.

' Girl... You have some good taste , cuz damn , he's a real eye candy... and the other one.. I would take him if he's single ,look, if you'll give him your number ,can you drop mine as well to that second boy toy ?' She asked while taking out another piece of paper, writing her name and number on it, and giving it to me.

' And why don't you do it yourself hmmm.? I asked her.

' Cuz babe , why to make two trips when only one is enough?'

' But it's like ten steps... Oh never mind , okay.' I told her standing up.

' Thanks babe , you're the best .' She said sending me an air kiss.

I turned to walk to their table, once I moved, I noticed that William is already looking at me, observing from head to toe... My damn cheeks started to warm up. I hope he won't notice.

But I guess he did because he smiled at the exact moment I started to feel the blush creeping on my face.

'Hello stranger, told ya we'll meet again soon .' He said with an even bigger smile when I was close enough to notice that it's directed at me.

Damn your playfulness, you handsome creature, I thought to myself, trying as much as I can not to become a putty on the ground.

' Hello , L.... ' The other one began to say something but was stopped by Williams's nudge on a shoulder.

What was that for... And what the L stands for? Never mind.

' Hey, as promised , this is for you , and hey for you too ,my friend asked to give this to you .' I gave them the paper pieces.

' You want to sit with us ,we just came and company wouldn't bother, your friend could join as well .' William asked me.

' Thanks but we already have our orders and gonna move soon .'

' But that's nice of you to ask . ' I added soon after noticed his smile died once he heard my kind rejection.

' Okay then, maybe next time.' He said.

' Yeah ,sure ,okay I'll go now, my food is getting cold.'

' Enjoy ,' He said.

' Thanks , you two guys. ' I said and went back to our table where Lucy was waiting restlessly.

' So ?' She asked quickly.

' Message delivered .' I told her.

' Okay ,great, thanks . ' She said looking calmer already.

' Lucy?'

'Yeah?'

'What were you thinking when you saw them at first , because I swear I saw some other emotions on your face before you started to speak.' I asked her.

' Oh it's nothing babe ,was just a bit shocked that the first guy you'll date will look so good , you might have too high standards after him ...' She laughed nervously.

That's complete bullshit. I know when she lies, we are friends since preschool, maybe she forgets that? Never mind. I'll let it slip this time because I don't want to hear another made-up lie.

' Okay ,okay just don't be jealous ...' I told her playfully. She laughed.

' So, where we go next ? ' I asked her.

' We can go for a walk , and then end it with a movie in fresh air? ' She said more like asking.

' Okay then... let's move.' I told her.

We called a waitress, paid, and went out.
