I had come on this trip to Berlin as an exchange student for excelling in the exams and I was given the opportunity to attend the seminar where various companies would come and give us insights on the current market and what career path to choose. I was very happy of course, but my parents were quite worried about me.
I have never been on my own in the twenty years of my life not because my parents forbade me but, because there never came an opportunity as such. I moved places with my family due to my father’s business but I was never by myself. My parents were very happy about the news but they started to worry how I’ll manage there by myself.
