After they came out of cabin . Avi took the hold of Sanjh’s hand and dragged her on the side and said just because you know my dad doesn’t mean that’ll leave you easily. I’ll make this college hell for you
Sanjh : but what did I ever do to you ? I even said sorry multiple times in a day for the morning incident and even for the cafeteria incident even though it was not my fault.
Aviraj: I know princess, it’s just that I love torturing you.
( he said that moved away leaving a shocked Sanjh behind)
Sanjh’s Pov
I was staring at his his while he walked away thinking what just happened.
Divya: what was that jerk saying to you ??
Sanjh: nothing. Let’s go to the class
Divya: okay
( and just like that all the classes ended and it was time to go home)
Divya: how you are you going to go home?
Sanjh: dad is coming to pick me
Divya : okay then bye , I should get going.
Sanjh: bye , see you tomorrow
( Divya waved at her her and away in her car)
As I was waiting for my dad to arrive. Aviraj came and stood beside me.
Aviraj: So princess what are you doing??
Sanjh: why are you calling me princess suddenly??
Aviraj: my wish
Sanjh: don’t call me that . My dad calls me that, don’t spoil it for me.
Aviraj: ohh so you actually got a tongue and here I thought it would be boring messing with you.
Sanjh: excuse me, just because I didn’t said anything until now doesn’t mean I can’t speak. I just don’t like to talk unnecessarily.
Aviraj: nice to know princess.
Sanjh: I was not informing you
Aviraj: of course you were not. ( he said grinning at her)
Sanjh : what do you want Aviraj can’t you stop irritating me . It has been really a long day and that too not a good one and I am really tired and hungry . Please leave me alone for now . ( she said in a tired tone)
Aviraj: sorry to burst your bubble princess but I love to irritate you and I am not planning to leave you alone anytime soon.
Sanjh was about to say something but her phone started ringing and saw her dad calling her . She immediately picked it up .
Sanjh : hello dad, where are you . I am waiting for you.
Dev( Sanjh’s dad): I know princess and I am really sorry , I am stuck in a meeting. Can you please manage for today. I am so sorry.
Sanjh: dad please don’t sorry. It’s okay I’ll manage but you have to make it up to me later. Okay?? ( she said with a small smile on her face)
Dev: sure princess. Love you and be safe and give me a call once you reach home.
Sanjh: okay dad and love you too. Byee
She said and ended the conversation.
Aviraj: princess I must say you have a beautiful smile , you should smile more often.
Sanjh: look whose saying, did you give me a reason to smile since I stepped my foot in this college.
Aviraj: so you really know how to be sarcastic.
Sanjh: yes, and that is just for special people ( she said giving Avi a fake smile)
Aviraj: oh God I feel blessed.( he said showing fake enthusiasm)
Sanjh: don’t you have to home ??
Aviraj: I have to and seems like you to need a ride. Come I’ll drop you.
Sanjh: no I don’t know you and we just met today .
Aviraj: come on you know my dad and I don’t take advantage of girls . So you are safe with me and it’s getting late. Come on get into the car.
Sanjh: you don’t take no for an answer right??
Aviraj: you know me so well princess.
Sanjh listen , I am sorry for today I don’t know why I behaved like this today , it’s just that I was angry at something else and took out on you. I know I was wrong I shouldn’t have done that and I even made you cry . So I am sorry.
Sanjh: it’s okay, I understand.
Aviraj: what just like that if there would have been any other girl she would have made me do hard work to earn the apology.
Sanjh: then I must say I am not like any other girl.
Aviraj: yes you are not, you are different.(he said and looked at her and saw her already looking at him and had a 30 seconds eye contact and the moment was disturbed by a horn)
Aviraj: thank you for accepting my apology.
Sanjh : no problem
Can I ask you something?
Aviraj: sure princess
Sanjh: outside your dad’s cabin you warned me and said you will make my time in this college hell and now you are apologising to me . It’s really confusing, I mean I am not able to understand, what to take seriously your warning or your apology.
Aviraj: Don’t think about that princess I just said that in the heat of the moment, don’t take it seriously. And I am sorry for that too.
Sanjh : it’s okay( she said smiling brightly at him)
Aviraj: now will you do the honour of telling me where do you live or would you like to roam around the city for the entire day.
Sanjh: oh my god I am so sorry I forgot to give you the address.
Aviraj: it’s okay
Sanjh : here , this is my address
( soon they reached her address )
Before getting out of the car she turned towards Aviraj and said: Thanks Aviraj and would you like to come in for coffee. Mom would be really happy to meet you.
Aviraj: not today princess and it’s Avi for you. Byee , see you tomorrow
Sanjh: byee ( she said and went out of the car and her drive away).
