A moment later, the dragons had shifted. The last time they had taken their dragon form, everything had happened too quickly for her to really see them. This time, the transition was slower. Their limbs changed first, bending and twisting. Then everything about them expanded to the bulk of their dragon forms. Their clothing faded to reveal an iridescent hide that seemed to be made of pliable, leathery scales that shimmered. Their long tails and massive wings came last.
