I looked at Sara who was now sleeping soundly. After coming back from the hospital, I went with Nicholai to my office as I needed to finish some work there. When I came back, the maid informed me that Sara slept while waiting for me for dinner. I was so busy with work that I didn’t realize that it was already late in the evening. It was already 11 in the night. She was now sleeping on an empty stomach. I tried to wake her up but she didn’t wake up. She was exhausted due to all those emotional tensions and then jet lag. She was a light sleeper but exhaustion had taken a toll on her tonight.
