My whole body was screaming in so much pain that was hard to endure. Every inch of my body was covered in blue and purple bruises and so many small cuts. As soon as the sedatives started wearing off, the pain hit me like a bullet train. Patrick was with me but I could see that he was scared of my condition too. He even hesitated to touch me or should I say, was thinking hard about where to touch me.
“Relax, princess…. The pain will soon fade.
