ANASTASIA'S POV It was another day of school, another Monday. I sighed at the thought of the long week I was about to have, last week was even longer it didn't get better by the day. Today, I chose the finest top I could spot and a pair of bootcut jeans to match before leaving my room. I didn't have to wait for Jed today, I hadn't waited for him in a week. Instead Uriel was parked right outside and I sprinted in her direction the moment I could shut the door without making a sound. This had become my routine, rinse and repeat. Sneaking out of the house in the mornings and sneaking in in the afternoon before everyone to eat scraps n my room lest anyone saw me. It annoyed me to think that I was the only one that had no idea that Zain existed and this hurt, time didn't make it better
