I'm Anne Vasquez, 27 years old, and still single but I'm not sad because I chose to be single in the first place even though I was alone. I am financially stable and I can do and go wherever I want. I have a comfortable and easygoing lifestyle. There is nothing more that I could ask for. I preferred to live all by myself. But everything changed when I met Ruke Vasquez. I didn't really liked this man because he was always getting on my nerves. He is nothing but a playboy. He's selfish and self-centered. I hate him I wish I had never met him. 3 years ago. "Anne!!" Sheila called. "Yes?" I replied. "Ria and the gang want to meet up tonight at the usual bar. You should come. I won't accept any excuses. You should hangout with us" she said. "You know that I don't like crowded and noisy places, right? And besides Ria and the rest are just going to put me on the hot seat, They'll just question me about my love life and insist that I should be in a relationship soon and get married." I said. "I know but we haven't seen the others for a few years already. I miss them and I know you miss them too" Sheila said, looking straight at me with a sad puppy look. I looked at her and said "okay" because I couldn't stand her puppy face. She looked happy with my response. "Alright, we'll go together to the bar at 7 p.m. I'll drive so you don't have to take your car anymore. I'll call you again later. I'll go now." she said it with a smile and just walked out the door. Inside the bar, as we were walking to our table, I could already see Ria's figure and the others. "Hi" I said, smiling when we reached our table. They greeted us back and we hugged each other since it's been awhile since we haven't seen each other. While we were waiting for our orders. Ria spoke and asked me the same question. "How are you Anne? Are you married? Or been in a relationship already?" Ria said "Nope, I'm not ready for that" I said. "When are you going to be ready? You're already 27, so you should look for someone. You should go on a blind dates. Come on Anne, you're pretty and smart. Don't waste it." She said while looking at me. "I'm not wasting anything, it'll come if it's really for me, even if I don't ask for it. I'm not in hurry because it doesn't matter" I said. "Seriously? You don't really understand anything, do you? It's a woman's purpose to get married and give birth. Are you even thinking about your future?" she said, irritatingly. "I understand everything, I respect your beliefs and decisions. But that doesn't mean you can insist on what you believe in me! I have a different perspective and I hope you understand and respect that as well." I said angrily to her as I had already lost my temper over her nonsense. She was looking at me disbelief, not expecting I'd talk back to her since I always just keep my mouth shut. But not this time. I was so angry that I wanted to cool off my head. Meeting Ria is really a bad decision. I had seen this coming already, but I still came. I excused myself and walked to the bar counter. As I reached the counter, I asked the bartender for some drinks. While drinking, I heard four men talking. It was loud enough that I could hear one of them talking about me. "That woman on the counter seems alone. She must need some company." the guy with a black T-shirt said. I was sure they were talking about me since I was the only woman drinking at the counter. "So who's going to approach her? It's seems like she's not easy, I think it'll be hard to get her." said the other man. "HAHA, your forgetting the person in front of you now? It's me Ruke Vasquez. No one can resist me! Even the hardest girl in this world can't even resist me. She might look hard to approach but that's nothing to me!" Ruke said while laughing confidently. "Yeah, yeah, we know. The playboy Ruke can get whoever he wants." his friend said. "So how much should we bet?" the guy with a black T-shirt said. "P300" Ruke said while laughing again. "Are you insane?! That's too cheap" his friend said while, laughing as well. "Well she looks easy for me, and besides she's not that special. So P300 is enough." Ruke said. All of them laughed so hard that they think Ruke said was really funny, I was so mad with what I heard. I was about to throw my drinks that I didn't even notice he was already beside me. "Hey, it's seems that you're alone. I am a very good companion. Want to get out of here?" Ruke said. I just looked at him from head to toe, I can't believe that this guy is an a$$hole. He's still talking nonstop that I didn't even listen. I was already getting tired of him. That's why I decided to go back to my table with my friends. As I was about leave he suddenly grabbed my wrist and and pulled me near his chest. He whispered into my ear and said... "Stop playing hard to get, I know you are easy." and he suddenly touched my butt and squeezed it. I was so angry that I punch his face twice and kicked his manhood. He was whinning from so much pain. I saw his nose bleed. I was trembling from shock and fear. His friends did nothing and just looking at us. Sheila, who had just come to get me, I was so scared.
