C H A P T E R 12:

Third persons POV

Nang umalis si Cassandra ay binuksan agad nila ang TV upang panoorin ang mga magaganap sa press conference ngunit wala namang ibang mapapanood dahil nag bigay lang ng statement si Cassandra about sa issue, hindi rin ito nag tagal at umalis agad.

"Kyle ask Ashley about your sister, I know that they are together. Naka off ang phone ng kapatid mo." Turan ng ina nina Cassandra.

"Hayaan na natin ang issue, let's proceed about the upcoming project which is ang ipapatayo nating hotel and resort sa cebu."

Mababakas ang walang pakealam na tono ng ama nina Cassandra na siyang dahilan upang mapatingin si Kyle sa ama.

Pagkatapos mag usap tungkol sa plano nilang proyekto ay nabaling kay Ashton ang usapan.

"Ashton anak, kailan mo naman kami bibigyan ng unang apo?"

Tawang turan ng ina nito na siyang naging dahilan ng pagtawa rin ng mga naroroon.

"Mom, wala pa po sa plano namin ang magka anak."

"Hayaan mo na sila balae, sya pat darating din naman sila doon."

Cassandra POV

I know that something is off about Ashton and that is what I'm going to unfold but right now, I want to clear my mind.

Kailangan kong pagtuunan ang sarili at business ko dahil ngayon ay marami akong kailangang gawin. May mga dapat akong basahin at pirmahang mga papel na pinadala ng assistant ko. Ngunit habang wala pa rito ang mga gagawin ko ay ibabaling ko muna sa iba ang aking isipan. Ashley wants us to swim at kanina pa siya nangungulit.

"Come on Cass, what took you so long para bumaba?"

"I just finished talking to my assistant Ash, wala pa ngang isang oras eh."

Dahil sa sinabi ko ay nakasimangot na ito ngayon kaya tumawa na lang ako dahil sa itsura nito.

"Oo at mag iisang oras na akong naghihintay sayo."

"Ito naman, kinausap ko lang ang assistant ko dahil may mga pinadala siyang mga papeles."

"Sige na nga, let's go swim na. The water is hot, ayokong magkasakit tayo dahil lang pinilit natin mag swimming sa ganitong ka lamig na klima hahaha." Tawang saad nito.

Naghubad na kami pareho at lumusong sa pool. The hot water touches my skin and it gives a tingling sensation that soothe my skin. This will relax me big time for sure.

"I love how the water gives relaxation in my body."

"You are right Ash. We'll go around later to have a lunch."

"Yes, I know a good restaurant who serves a delicious meals. Masarap daw ang bulalo nila dito, we'll have to try that lalo na bagay ito sa klima."

"Sure let's try that."

"Anyway Miii, did your family contacts you or looks for you?"

"I'm not interested but Kyle's checking on me, we talked kanina."

"How about your husband? Is he looking for you??"

"Nope Ash, he's okay that I'm not around."

I'm hurt that he really don't care about me but I'll be fine for sure.

"Kung hindi lang natin prof iyon? Noon ko pa siya nabigyan ng isang sapak. How dare he do that to you?! Oo asawa ka niya but that doesn't mean that he's entitled to hurt you." May sama ng loob na saad nito.

"It's okay Ash, I won't let it happen again I promise."

"Okay, take good care of yourself lalo at sa iisang bahay lang kayo."

That's what I'm also thinking, if only not for publicity and may family ay matagal ko na silang tinakasan lahat.

I'm not a showy person but I really my parents, my family kahit na they control me, I still love them. Hindi naman kasi nag kulang ng pagmamahal at pag aalaga ang kuya ko. He showered me with the attention my parents cannot give.

"You know you have me Cass right? I'm always here for you."

" I know Ash, I know and I'm really thankful."

"Para saan pa at magiging kapatid mo rin ako hahahaha."

She really have that traits that will make you feel overwhelmed, she has the power to make everybody feel so loved and at the same time she's playful. I love how she make everything so light.

"Did you and my brother upgrade your relationship?" I said teasing her.

"Eto naman hindi na mabiro, hindi kami nag uusap ng kapatid mo noh."

"And why is that?"

"Because wala naman kaming pag uusapan syaka ayokong ma reject ulit noh, masakit kaya."

"What do you mean?? Did he reject you?"

"Uhm no but that is what his actions tell me."

"Why don't you give time to my brother. I really don't know how he feels toward you dahil hindi naman ako nagtatanong sa kanya because I don't want to interfere."

"Hayaan mo na Mii, ayoko munang isipin baka masaktan pa ako lalo."

Tumango ako at hinayaan siya. Umahon na kami sa pool dahil kailangan na naming mag lunch. Medyo napa tagal din kami dahil sa kwentuhan. We talked a lot of things including our business and also we are planning on buying a land, iniisip pa namin kung anong gagawin but we are thinking of making it like a resort Cafe which is a dating place or for those who want to unwind.

I received a message from my great husband asking where I am and I ignored him but later my brother is calling me.

~Princess where are you? Tell me.~

"Did Ashton ask you to call me kuya? Tell him don't bother looking for me."

~Please be safe Princess, we tried looking for your location but we failed. I know that great in hacking but I can't believe that you are the best than my hacker, he can't find where you are hahaha good job princess. Take care, bye.~

"Bye kuya, take care always. Ash misses you hahaha." Pinatay ko ang tawag syaka tumawa at pagtingin ko kay Ashley ay hindi maipaliwanag ang mukha nito.

"Why did you tell him that. You b***h, how could you!"

"But you really missed him right? I know you miss him so much so do not deny it honey hahaha."

Habang tumatawa ay lumabas na kami upang kumain ng lunch.

"You are right Ash, it's good here, the ambiance is nice and the food is really good."

"I told you, let's order cocktail drinks later."

Bukod sa restaurant ay may bar counter sila na pwedeng pag orderan ng mga drinks.

We want to get drunk to forget things kahit ngayon lang.

"Buti na lang dito tayo pumunta, from now on dito na ang favorite resto bar ko."

"Ang dami mong favorite, meron dn sa Manila."

"Off course iba sa Manila iba dito. I have favorite for every place na napupuntahan natin."

Tinawanan ko na lamang ito, ngunit totoo ang kanyang sinabi dahil sa lahat ng napuntahan namin may favorite siyang spot na gustong gusto niyang balikan kapag nasa lugar ulit kami.

"Let's go Cass, I'm drunk hihihi." Hagikhik nitong sabi.
