The barbecues, were all working to full capacity and probably hadn’t been shut off other than to change the propane tanks for days. Now several Food Trucks had joined the scene offering different fare than regular barbecue. Tacos, burritos and Mexican from one, Gyros and submarine sandwiches from another, pizza, panzerotti, or other Italian cuisine, fish and chips, or ice cream, you wanted it, it was likely there. The gentle breeze caught the smoke, from the cookers and carried the tantalizing aroma throughout the entire property, stimulating appetites of the gathered folks.
There were also dozens of portable toilets that had been conveniently placed around the property. And the crew had also constructed several outdoor shower cubicles in some shady spots with pumps providing fresh water
