“I will first speak to the matter of all the Bikers being in Town. It is not an invasion! It is a Funeral! These men and women are here, solely to pay tribute and give their respects to a friend who just passed away, in a way that Bikers have been doing for many decades! I have no just cause at this time, for me, personally, or for me to ask the officers under my command, to round up random Citizens of this Country, and run them out of Town because they make you, personally uncomfortable!
You may well be the Mayor, but you are not the law and you do not supersede the rights of Citizens of this Country given to them and guaranteed by the Charter of Rights! Your assertions, that these people are all hooligans, criminals and members of criminal gangs or organizations is merely your opinion!
