“KAYLEE, you haven’t talk to me about Grayson. How is he? Is he getting better?” her father asked.
“Yes Papa, he’s doing great on his recovery. Coming back home in San Fernando helps a lot, now he started to remember me. Maybe in a matter of one or two weeks, he can go back to work.”
Her father didn’t answer after that. Instead, she noticed him seems like thinking deeply.
“Papa, are you okay?”
He looked at her suspiciously. “Tell me honestly, Kaylee. Is something’s going on between you and Grayson?”
“W-What do you mean?”
“Did the two of you fight again?”
Kaylee was speechless.
“I know you, both of you. When you’re together, you guys cannot be separated. And you coming home here without an advance notice means you had a fight.”
